Joe Park made the purchase of my new Hyundai Elantra pressure free, comfortable and quick. Joe took the time to make sure I thoroughly understood the terms of the warranty, operation of all the vehicle features, and took excellent care of me throughout. His straight forward, no nonsense demeanor made the process easy and stress free. Thanks for a great experience Joseph.

We purchased our latest SUV from Hyundai at Kirkland from... - Pauly
We purchased our latest SUV from Hyundai at Kirkland from Harry Chen. We have been searching for a specific color/trim and have been to many Hyundai dealerships throughout the PacNW. Harry was the most polite, helpful, and genuine salesperson that we had come across in our months of car shopping. He listened to what we were looking for and made us feel at home at the dealership. He remembered seeing us months ago and helped us secure the exact car that we were looking for - a tough feat in today's market! It was our pleasure to work with Harry and purchase a car from him. The sales team worked past closing time to ensure that everything was in place for us to drive off with our new car the same day. Thank you, Harry, for your personalized touch and service!
that point, which I guess didn't happen. She got home and... - Rayburnbills18
that point, which I guess didn't happen. She got home and two days later opened the trunk for the first time and there was a large amount of mold. We immediately called the dealer and asked to speak with the sales manager and were told that there wouldn't be a sales manager in until Friday (this was Wednesday) but to bring it in Friday and someone could vacuum it out. This didn't seem reasonable to us and we know Hyundai has a 3 day exchange policy so we immediately drove up to the dealership. My husband was told they can't exchange it..... we were finally told that they didn't know what they could do but that they'd reach out to us the next day. I called right away in the morning and they said that they could exchange it but we should wait until Friday. We didn't because then we'd be outside of the 3 day window Hyundai allows and we were certain this dealer wouldn't do the right thing in this situation.
When we got back they had sold all of the models with the same options that our daughter had wanted. So she had a choice... downgrade considerably, keep a moldy vehicle or pay another 1750 for the model closest to hers. I pointed out to them that they had already charged us $2k more than their website advertised and that it wasn't exactly our fault they didn't have any similar vehicles so they should do the right thing and give her what was closest (which was the upgrade). Their response was that Hyundai only required them to exchange for equal or lesser value vehicles. I'm sure Hyundai also expects them to inspect their vehicles before they're sold which obviously didn't happen. Any way, we ended up just paying the extra. When we were signing the new papers the sales manager made a comment about how it was a good thing the vehicle she returned hadn't been titled yet because they could sell it as new now.
Buyer beware... this dealer will NOT do the right thing or go above and beyond to have a happy customer, they charge more than they advertise and will only do the minimum that Hyundai requires of them, even of they're in the wrong. Picture of her trunk attached.

Such a slime place, please don’t waste your time. My parents arranged to see a vehicle and booked a hotel room and drove 7+ hours to see this vehicle. They talked in detail about a trade-in, and my parents offered to pay a deposit on the vehicle in order to make sure it would still be there when they arrived. They were told “don’t worry about it, it’ll for sure still be here”. After all that driving it wasn’t until they made it to their hotel room late the evening before that they were sent a text saying the vehicle was sold. Such a waste of time, money, and energy. Just incredibly poor customer service, very disappointing.

My experience is solely based on an email conversation.... - Xavior64
My experience is solely based on an email conversation. I had messaged about three different cars that had been placed on cars.com app. All of which, were “in transit” per cars.com and the company website. When asking about the cars, they could not initially find the record, provided the VIN, all cars had been sold, apparently sight unseen. They then offered to sell a higher model and a much higher cost. This is a classic bait and switch scheme. Entice you with a vehicle that is very affordable, it just happened to be sold the day before, try to up sell to what they have in stock. I don’t trust Hyundai of Seattle and will not do business with them. I get that cars get sold all the time. But three, newly listed, vehicles in transit? Come on.
Offered one price for the service when we dropped it off... - MB
Offered one price for the service when we dropped it off and then charged a higher one than was actually performed. Received the exact same service at a higher cost. Talked to the service manager (Chad) when he returned from vacation and he offered to make it right. That was over 2 weeks ago and we haven't received anything that was agreed to not a phone call to update or otherwise. Not the first time we used their service department, but will probably be the last. Each visit we have to the dealer and\or the service department leaves us feeling 'dirty' (I can't believe what I overhear from the sales staff around us to other, potential customers) and unappreciated. Visit at your own risk even with low expectations.

Amazing Customer Service - Juno
Doug's Hyundai has the most amazing staff. I purchased a Genesis G80 on April 5th from Leo Rojas, he was very informative, listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me just that. The process from beginning to end was quick, painless, and finance was a breeze! No pushy sales people that try to get you to purchase something you didn't want. I heard employees speaking multiple languages with other customers which is not something I've heard at other dealerships, so that's a bonus for those where English is a second language. The car itself was cleaned up and delivered spotless with a full tank of course. I would recommend this dealership and Leo to all of my friends and family!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
This dealership will totally screw you over and pull the rug out from underneath you if a better deal comes along. I was working with the dealership to buy a 2017 Nissan Titan XD from them. I got financing approval through them and they agreed to overnight the documents to me so my wife could sign and then I was planning to fly to Seattle (I live 6 1/2 hours away in Central Oregon), rent a car and drive up there to finalize the deal. I worked out all the details with Tom and agreed to come up to the dealership on Friday. Bought my plane ticket and reserved a rental car on Wednesday after agreeing to this scenario with Tom......Wednesday night he called me and said that he just sold the truck to someone else because they made a cash offer!!!! Are you freakin' kidding me?! He gave me some BS excuse about how there is a law in Washington preventing them from holding the vehicle for me. They weren't "holding" the truck for me! All they had to say to the cash offer guy was "we already have a deal in process with someone else. If that doesn't work out we'll let you know." So now I missed out on the truck and I'm out $400+ in a plane ticket and rental car. This dealership is exactly why people hate working with car salesman.
