The process was lengthy but not intentionally made so. Overall an experience that was friendly, professional and resulted in a purchase that met our wants, both vehicle -wise and financially. Recently purchased a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe XL Limited SUV from Korum Hyundai, in Puyallup... I made an appointment to see the car. It was there and ready to be looked at and driven when we arrived. Took a test ride and then sat down to negotiate a price. They did not pressure me to take their deal and after a little back and forth, we arrived at a deal that worked for us. Out of town Tucson Purchase - Tucson Owner
We traveled to pick up our 2018 Tucson and overall had a positive experience. We negotiated the deal before we arrived; however it took us two and a half hours to leave the lot even though we weren’t financing. The deal ship knew we were picking up the car and yet when we arrived they only had one working key for the brand new car. As we are from out of town this was a bit of an inconvenience; however they agreed to pay for a new one at our local dealer. John was helpful and didn’t try to change our deal or sell extras. Overall I would recommend the dealership and John, the warranty is great, Hyundai is really standing behind their cars.

Doug's Hyundai has the most amazing staff. I purchased a Genesis G80 on April 5th from Leo Rojas, he was very informative, listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me just that. The process from beginning to end was quick, painless, and finance was a breeze! No pushy sales people that try to get you to purchase something you didn't want. I heard employees speaking multiple languages with other customers which is not something I've heard at other dealerships, so that's a bonus for those where English is a second language. The car itself was cleaned up and delivered spotless with a full tank of course. I would recommend this dealership and Leo to all of my friends and family!!

I would have given 5 stars considering easiness to talk to sales staffs and hassle-free procedures up to agreeing on a vehicle price...
The finance staff who did all the document signings for me was great UNTIL I requested a cancellation of a pre-paid maintenance plan.
A day after I purchased a vehicle and a pre-paid maintenance plan, I had changed a mind after reviewing pros and cons of a pre-paid maintenance plan online so I asked a cancellation.
I emailed, no replies, so left a voice mail next day, but no replies, so next day I asked a sales staff to put a post-it note on a finance staff's office. No responses at all for three days.
So I finally expressed my frustration to an operator and she escalated it to all finance and sales folks. Then like 30 min later there finally came an email reply with all capital letters saying "WILL START CANCELLATION PROCESS" and nothing more in email.
In that email, I saw no etiquette and that email made me feel bitter after I purchased the vehicle from Larson.
A couple of days after I emailed to ask about the status update and waited for 8 hours to hear back. No replies. So I called and he picked it up and when I was about to say "hello", he stopped me and immediately said in a rush "I am working on it, process takes up to 4 weeks, believe me I am on it" there were no greetings at all. His tone was rushed and agitated and it made me feel really bad. It kind of felt so funny as he started saying things immediately after picking up the phone. Imagine you called someone and then someone picks it up and immediately saying only what he wants to say without "hello" nor any sort of "greetings". That really summed it up how he handles business when something happens not in his favor.
After how this finance staff treated me I don't think I will go back to Larson for a next vehicle... I really thought I would go back for a next vehicle but not after this.
Company I am working with, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and I am not sure what the #1 priority is for Larson. This has to be improved for Larson to do better.

Finance offers things you don't need, like paint protection, and things you may well not need, like extended warranties. They are not pushy so don't make yourself feel rushed when your talking with them, take your time.

Two weeks after purchasing a new 2018 intermittent problems began occurring. Two are very dangerous! The diagnostic machine used in the service dept couldn’t find the problem after two attempts. They did a global reset and more problems popped up. They will NOT do anything to rectify this situation.
