No pressure, no fast talk, questions were honestly addressed and we drove away happy with our choice. We couldn't asked for a better sales rep - I felt like we had a friend working for us. Doug's Hyundai has the most amazing staff. I purchased a Genesis G80 on April 5th from Leo Rojas, he was very informative, listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me just that. The process from beginning to end was quick, painless, and finance was a breeze! No pushy sales people that try to get you to purchase something you didn't want. I heard employees speaking multiple languages with other customers which is not something I've heard at other dealerships, so that's a bonus for those where English is a second language. The car itself was cleaned up and delivered spotless with a full tank of course. I would recommend this dealership and Leo to all of my friends and family!!

Went in to look at a 2010 Ford Raptor. It was in decent shape but the whole undercarriage had been rattle caned black...even the exhaust and tail pipes. Not sure why they thought this would help the value of the truck. The outside facing frame was painted but the inside was not...you could even see areas with light to no paint where they were too lazy to bend over. The motor was filthy...you would think of they were trying to "spiff" up the truck they would have steam cleaned the motor. They also sprayed way to much "new car smell" inside. The truck ran good and shifted well but the u-joints were super worn and clunky. I asked if the did a mechanical check on he truck and I was told "we did a safety check, and did an oil change" . When I asked if the did a compression and leak down check they said it runs fine so no. If a dealer is going to sell a "specialty vehicle" like the Ford SVT Raptor they should be aware of the service they require, and issues that can arise from not being serviced correctly. So Dealers.....please don't try and make a vehicle something it is not by spray canning the crap out of it....it just cheapens your dealship, and taints your credibility. The upside is I worked with Leon Scott and he was pleasant.

I bought a used Acadia from them about a month ago. Car has only been in my possession less than 2 weeks. It’s been in their shop the rest of the time. When I got it back last time, it even said on the receipt “did not fix oil leak”. That was one of the big reasons I took it in. It also said a huge list of things leaking or needing fixed and they didn’t even tell me in person. They refuse to fix it and now I have a car that I paid $20k for that needs thousands of dollars worth of work. I had to cancel my plans to drive to the beach for vacation because I don’t even know if it will make it. The 2nd car we bought the same week had the tires blow out while on the freeway.
I will never buy another car from these guys and am sick that I’m stuck with a car I don’t want to drive.
The only reason I give that one star is because they did give me a rental car and the parts department got all my ordered parts in quick and without any hassle
*Editing to add that I reached out to my sales person and the GM 3 days ago by sending an email. I haven’t gotten a response from either. This shows me they just don’t give one single xxxx about their customers or my situation. Bad form....

Lazy sales people lazy manager. They are dishonest about even cleaning a car before it's sold. There was a popcorn chocolate stains in the carpet Dusty windows after they said they had detailed it. My husband had to ride in the car with them a second time to actually go clean it and wash it. They dishonest about their lending paperwork and their sales agent was actually cleaning the car in between having a sign paperwork. I had called that morning to let them know we'd be coming in to pick up the car and to please have it ready at 11 a.m. it wasn't ready until after 5 p.m. and that's because we had to keep reminding them while we were there to please clean the car. On top of that for the first few days they were offering 3500 Less on a trade in then the value of the car so instead we sold it private and got four thousand more than what they were offering. I went back to the dealership to let them know that they didn't do the paperwork on the lending how I needed it and clearly explained I needed it and the rep told me that's exactly how they did it with my credit union. The sales manager was upset that I told him that they lied to us and left me standing in the sales floor and said he wasn't going to talk to me and left. If they didn't have the car I wanted I would have never bought anything here, they made the experience very negative one. Also when we were discussing financing their lenders quoted me $500 payments supposably through my credit union. I didn't believe them so I went and got pre-approved through my credit union and turns out the payments were 225. It was just a shady experience overall.

Lies, disrespect and threats - Nothappy230
Purchased car in 2015, each year it has needed the same major repair of the clutch. Was done under warranty twice, but less than a year after the last replacement the clutch went out again . Troy Goss service managr initially refused to warranty the work done, then lied about warranty procedures, then after he agreed to warranty the work goes back on his words and says it will be $1800 not covered. He then threatened to tow our car out to the street when we questioned and complained . By far the worst customer service ever . We have a claim open with Ford against them, and filed a complaint with the bbb. Buyer beware.
