Salesman cared and empathized with me. I had purchased vehicle there and was disillusioned that it didn’t even last 5 or more years. Even though I am paying more than I planned. His customer service got a vehicle I liked and am reassured if I do have any issues it will be taken care of..

I paid $1500 for ECP ceramic coating. The exterior coating was never applied and they left behind several small black marks on a white car that will not come off. They slimed up the interior and failed to wipe it all off. 6 months later and I'm still finding that junk smeared on bits of the interior. Despite there being no ceramic coating on the exterior you can bet your last dollar I'll still hold them to their coverage claims.
If you want ceramic coating, find your own shop to apply it. Whoever Good Chevy contracts with really sucks.

DO NOT BUY A CAR THERE!! DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED... - varner_cheri
DO NOT BUY A CAR THERE!! DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED THERE!!!! WARNING!! 5 Months and 79 days in the shop starting only days after I bought the car and they couldnt even diagnose a loose Ebrake that was rattling. Instead they dismantled my car several times destroying the beautiful white paint job on the rear end. The car was sold to me with bad rotors, bent wheels, potentially a bent axle, bad tie rods, 2 quarts low on trannie fluid that no one knows how long was driven like that and ABS wheel speed sensors where locking the car up when I would try and pull forward from a stop. All this and after they turned the rotors they threw a rachet into the drivers door damaging my car. Still bent wheels and they havent fixed the paint they destroyed. Car is deemed unsafe by Meineke, Brotherton and Les Schwab and bounces all over the road in the rain but the Service Manager John forced me to drive it home even after I expressed the fears about driving an unsafe car they havent fixed on wet highways. They left me stranded "fixing" my car all summer, all fall and now for the holidays. They refuse to take responsibility for selling a car with bent wheels and now refuse to fix what they destroyed. They dont care that I have been paying car payments for months while the car sat in pieces in their garage for over 11 weeks. Completely disgusted with the business as a whole and the people that work there. Absolutely dont care about safety or their customer service. Tony Rehn(Owner and GM) and the Service Manager John said the car is safe and sue then. So I am, along with filing complaints with Attorney General, BBB and wherever else I can warn people.
So I have a 2012 Chevy Silverado. I was told the rear... - keefemcginnis
So I have a 2012 Chevy Silverado. I was told the rear brakes needed new pads, that was fine. Well, when receiving my bill, there was a charge for machining the rotors. One major problem, the rear brakes on my truck are drum, so obviously no rotors. Prior to this, I brought my truck in because the oil gauge was fluctuating wildly. Plus, the engine light came one, I was told the engine needed to be rebuilt or replaced! Took it to another shop, they fixed the issue (a filter over the oil sensor) at a cost of $200. You have lost my business.
They treat their employees like garbage. - Sunny2560
The management here is terrible. They've been trying to weasel their way out of paying my dad his backpay after an on-the-job injury, hoping that if they held out long enough we'd just give up. Wrong! They owe my dad a lot of money and he's going to get it.
Rude service department - Lindsey H.
I had an appointment today at 10:30am to get a diagnostics check done on my car because I am smelling exhaust inside and to get my tires balanced. Upon arriving to my appointment I am told that I will only be receiving the tire balancing because their lead diagnostic technician called in sick. I understand people get sick but what I don't understand is how they had 3 hours before my appointment that they could have called me to reschedule my appointment. A complete lack of customer service! The main reason I was going was to get the exhaust smell checked. I do not live in Auburn so I wasted my time and gas driving there when only part of the work I scheduled would be done. When I expressed my upset over this I received no apology and was told I could reschedule the diagnostic check. This is not the first time I've had issues with the service department but it is the last time. I will NEVER take my car here again and I will not be purchasing another Chevy vehicle in the future.
We had or 2017 25000 HD Chevrolet serviced at AutoNation... - jdpeml
We had or 2017 25000 HD Chevrolet serviced at AutoNation Chevrolet Spokane Valley for a coolant leak. It took four times to resolve the problem. Plus, owner draining the coolant system twice because the unit was overserviced.
1st Came for a coolant leak. They found a bad water pump and fan shroud. It was great they showed me the water pump. Harmonic balancer they found during the process also. Took truck home and had a leak.
2nd Came back for a coolant leak. They pressure tested and found a coolant line bad. Took truck home had a coolant leak. While waiting for the part to come in went ahead and had the 50K maintenance done.
3rd Came back for a coolant leak. They pressured the coolant system and found a bad line next to the upper control line. They replaced the line and the took truck home. Took truck home. During third and fourth visit I did some looking and found the coolant revisor was full to the top.
4th Came back for a coolant leak. They pressured the system and could not find a leak. I asked them to take some coolant out to the hot mark on the coolant reservoir tank to the hot line mark. Took truck home. Next morning found coolant leak behind the passenger tire area same as before. I found the coolant reservoir full. Drained it down to the hot mark. Drove a couple of days and it was full to the top again. I drained it down to the hot mark and the system has been working fine ever since. No coolant leaks. Yea….
I just received a card from Chevrolet stating I declined recommended service. I did not and this bothers me. I do not want anything to affect my warranty.

Very disappointed with this company we bought our vehicle... - Unhappy customer
Very disappointed with this company we bought our vehicle to support our “local dealer” to only get a call back to tell us we owe them $550 because we didn’t give them the “exact” payoff for our trade in. How am I suppose to know that isn’t that the job of the financial department. I will never go there again nor will I refer anyone to this deal ship. We have bought Several vehicles out of town and have NEVER had this experience. Don’t be surprised if I return your truck and go get one somewhere else where I know something like this won’t happen.
2017 Ram 2500 6.7L - Bogus diagnostic of DEF pump - jholen
Our 2017 Ram 2500 6.7L Cummins had a "Low DEF" light come on. I verified this code prior to taking it to Speck at a local Autozone. To be specific, the code in question was P203F (Low DEF). Having confirmed this, we took our Ram into Speck for diagnosis into why the code was not resetting. We received a call from Angel, the service manager, who informed us they had also discovered a P207F (DEF quality code) and the cause was contaminated DEF in our truck's DEF tank. We had just filled up the tank prior to receiving the original code (P203F) and while the DEF gauge was registering as 100% full, the check engine code was still on. Angel informed us, due to the contamination in our DEF the $2400 repair would not be covered under warranty. I was informed the mechanic had pulled a sample from our truck and it registered as 34%. According to American Petroleum Institute, 34% concentration of urea is still within specifications; however, Speck advised it was of their opinion the DEF was contaminated and it would not be covered.
I contacted the local fueling station and got in touch with the fuel company. A sample was pulled from the DEF bulk tank and a sample from my truck, at my own request. Both samples were sent off to a Pilot J lab and returned with results showing zero contaminants or any reason to warrant the code being thrown. This information was provided to both Speck and FCA Corporate who both continued to deny the repair under warranty.
This all took place over the course of two weeks, during which we were denied a rental and so were out of our truck for the entire duration. I finally instructed the dealership to clean out the tank and pump with distilled water, reinstall, and I'd deal with the issue myself. After picking the truck back up, I provided my own DEF and the codes cleared themselves. I put in 105+ miles after picking it up and have not seen the code return. At no time did Speck change their diagnosis of the truck and at the time of pickup, had me sign an acknowledgement I was refusing the repair.
The quoted repair was for a part which did not require any fix. The diagnosis was not a diagnosis at all -- it was simply looking at the first possible cause for the code (P207F) and shoving that down my throat. When presented with information which showed the original diagnosis was not legitimate, Speck did not look into any other causes for the code and again indicated I needed to replace the pump.
What is the point in having a warranty when the dealership and corporate turn a blind eye to legitimate information, simply to deny the repair in order to turn a profit. Based on this experience, I agree with the notion dealerships employee salesmen (service writes) and parts changers (mechanics). The notion of repairing vehicles is out the window.
In closing, the DEF pump they quoted cost $1,750. Interestingly enough, I could source the same MOPAR DEF pump from Athens Dodge for $1,190 shipped. Of course, there turned out to be nothing wrong with the pump in the first place, but still -- if you need service, save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. If you're looking to simply have parts changed out on a whim, go to Speck.
