With as many times as I’ve had to visit their service department since my car in ‘22, it would appear that GM handed me a lemon… Sue is always SO gracious on the phone and at the desk, I don’t live very close and Caleb is always cheerfully down to drop me off while the car’s getting tweaked and pick me up when it’s all done! Nobody wants to have their brand new car in and outta the shop all the time but if ya gotta, these are the folks to come to!

Great dealership, we were in the market for our 1st diesel truck and they really came through during the chip shortage. Got such a great deal on our truck new from the factory that the salesman said please don't go resell it and make 30k.....Hahaha. Nick in service rocks, got our rental fixed for us on the spot and had our 30k service done by the next day. This is what local businesses should strive to be. Great job.

It was the worst experience ever. When I go back to pick up my car, I will be calling the police department to file a report. I took my husband's car in for service 1999 Cadillac deville trusting I would be doing the correct thing. I went to pick up the car and there was damage that wasn't issued when I took it in. I paid them in full 5,914 service and got the car back in the worst condition. This is their answer: the car is 25 years old and what do you expect? They tried to fix the electric window and this was the result of shorting out the electrical system, to the door locks, gas tanks, alarm, and horn which were all working fine upon arrival.

I recently was in and had my car serviced (normal 30k check) and Scott came back to check on my service experience and asked how I liked my car. I always receive personal hand written cards in the mail around the holidays and phone calls to follow up on my service. He's always a pleasure to deal with and makes the car purchasing a great experience.
