Broke down driving back to home state of Texas...Caleb Lyons is the new service manager this dealership brought in to revamp this dept and he was helpful, friendly and gave fast service. Had us back on the road asap and we just want to say thanks guys!!!

When I was visiting in Jackson, WY in June ‘17, I was in need of vehicle to replace my beloved ’08 Jeep Commander. The folks at the, then Castle Rock, dealership, specifically David Craig the salesman and Rod the number cruncher, couldn’t have been nicer. They treated me like family. I’ve never been to a dealership that was so willing to sincerely help me and make me feel comfortable. After spending an entire day test driving Jeeps, both used and new, and hooking and unhooking my 19’ fiberglass trailer to each one, I decided to go with the new ’17 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk with the Hemi engine. Both David and Rod made my purchase easy and stress free. Castle Rock took care of everything including all the paperwork and communication with my hometown registrar in GA. I’ll definitely plan on visiting them every time I’m in town.
Now as for the Jeep. I have almost 11,000 miles on it and I couldn’t be happier with it. It seems like there isn’t anything this car can’t do. It’s extremely well built and I feel very safe driving it, mostly due to all the safety features. It rides comfortably on the highway and can deal with almost any road condition because it’s trail rated.
I look forward to continuing to love my new Jeep and the friendship with David and Rod. Thanks again for everything, especially David.

Service manager and general manager - Turbo
I took my car in for a recall when I got it back someone had spilled something on the floor mat by the driver seat, I went to the service department talked to the service manager he basically called me a liar and said it didn’t happen here, I then said a few choices words to him and went to see the general manager, he sided with the service manager saying that it happen there. I know for a fact it did happen there. The general manager also told me that no one in the service department would retaliate against me in the future when I bring my car back in for service. Well now I’m kinda scared to take my car back to this dealership for anything.
What the general manager should have said was I’m sorry this happened and it will never happen again, and that would have been the end of it.

love the Jeep Renegade I got from Fremont. Still having light problem with headlights that they couldn't seem to find. Other than that I love my new car. Fourth one Ive bought from Fremont. And Dan, the salesman was very fast in helping me. Thank you Fremont and all the people who work there.

Even if you don’t buy your vehicle from these clowns, never have it serviced here - especially if it has the word “JEEP” written anywhere on it. Hands-down the worst service department I have ever encountered in 58 years on this earth. Look at any website review on Fremont Motors (Jeep Chrysler and Ram) and you’ll see accolades for the sales department but you’ll see nothing but negative reviews for their service department. Rightfully so, they have earned it. Hands-down the most incompetent bunch I have ever witnessed work on a vehicle. By their own admission, they don’t know what they’re doing. It’s not so much that, it’s that they don’t care either. It’s a culture within the Fremont Motor Company I believe. Their service writers are particularly bad. They would rather sit there chewing their gum with their mouth open, talking to their mother on the phone before they invite you to the counter. Definitely not people, people. They do have some quality people there, but their service department is horrible.
Easy and Fast - Abell
The sales staff were quick to respond to all emails and calls. Finance was knowledgeable and quick to process purchase. Fastest car purchase with no pressure or hassle to buy add-ones, that was refreshing!! Even negotiated a fair deal. I would have given a 5 star, but when I came to pick up vehicle they had only detailed half the car. I had to request they vacuum out the back end too.

Not only will it take 3 weeks or more to get your vehicle in. They forget that your vehicle is there and never get to it. When they finally get to it. The problem isn’t fixed and you have to wait some more. This is an ongoing issue, not the first time.

It's hard to find jobs, let alone good employees. I went there for service on new truck, everyone in the building acted as though you were totally putting them out. Go back to old Evanston, you wouldn't find people like that. Shame on all of you. I left with no expectations let alone letting those people touch anything.
