I wanted to leave a message about Fremont Cody's Service department. They are great. I had the airbag replaced in my Dodge Ram after a lot of procrastination I finally called. They got it right in, and were so accomadating. They took me and my kids to a doctors appointment while it was being worked on, (I had to drive 55 miles to get to a dealer her in rural Wyoming.) They were so helpful, and had the truck ready by the time they came and picked us up. Thanks very much!

11/14/17 When I was visiting in Jackson, WY in June ‘17, I was in need of vehicle to replace my beloved ’08 Jeep Commander. The folks at the, then Castle Rock, dealership, specifically David Craig the salesman and Rod the number cruncher, couldn’t have been nicer. They treated me like family. I’ve never been to a dealership that was so willing to sincerely help me and make me feel comfortable. After spending an entire day test driving Jeeps, both used and new, and hooking and unhooking my 19’ fiberglass trailer to each one, I decided to go with the new ’17 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk with the Hemi engine. Both David and Rod made my purchase easy and stress free. Castle Rock took care of everything including all the paperwork and communication with my hometown registrar in GA. I’ll definitely plan on visiting them every time I’m in town. Now as for the Jeep. I have almost 11,000 miles on it and I couldn’t be happier with it. It seems like there isn’t anything this car can’t do. It’s extremely well built and I feel very safe driving it, mostly due to all the safety features. It rides comfortably on the highway and can deal with almost any road condition because it’s trail rated. I look forward to continuing to love my new Jeep and the friendship with David and Rod. Really the best experience I have had buying a car. Did most of the negotiating via email, financing, etc. Literally took 4 minutes at the dealership. We found Dakota and Benton to be fun to deal with and very helpful. They did not have the exact vehicle we were looking for but benton found it and they could have it in a day. They offered us a good and fair deal without being pushy and aggressive. I can't remember enjoying dealing with a car dealership so much. We were laughing and exchanging kid stories the whole time. It was like dealing with good friends. We have purchased from Sheridan Motors several times before, but never enjoyed the experience as much as this time.

Plastic kick plate damage - Tracy

Manager pointed out the cracked kick plate to me upon retrieving my Challenger after airbag recall work, said the mechanic who he fully trusted brought it to his attention before performing any work. I said I had not seen it before, I pay attention to the condition of the car. The manager said his mechanic is an honest guy, then suddenly was in a hurry to get back to work. My husband later yelled at him on the phone, he eventually agreed to replace the part but said Fremont Motors would be unable to do any further repairs on my car. (even recalls?) I paid for the part which took a month, and have someone else to do the work. The day the crack was discovered, the edges of the crack were perfectly aligned, within a couple days they were displaced. I have purchased a few vehicles and tires thru the years from Fremont Motors, as well as brake jobs and misc. repairs, and have been satisfied with the outcomes, we really like Tony Cr., it appears my business is no longer welcome regarding repair work.

It's hard to find jobs, let alone good employees. I went there for service on new truck, everyone in the building acted as though you were totally putting them out. Go back to old Evanston, you wouldn't find people like that. Shame on all of you. I left with no expectations let alone letting those people touch anything.
