Have been taking my Ford Escape to the dealership for service since we purchased it. The work is done fast and at a fair price. The employees in the service center are always friendly and easy to deal with.

When I was visiting in Jackson, WY in June ‘17, I was in need of vehicle to replace my beloved ’08 Jeep Commander. The folks at the, then Castle Rock, dealership, specifically David Craig the salesman and Rod the number cruncher, couldn’t have been nicer. They treated me like family. I’ve never been to a dealership that was so willing to sincerely help me and make me feel comfortable. After spending an entire day test driving Jeeps, both used and new, and hooking and unhooking my 19’ fiberglass trailer to each one, I decided to go with the new ’17 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk with the Hemi engine. Both David and Rod made my purchase easy and stress free. Castle Rock took care of everything including all the paperwork and communication with my hometown registrar in GA. I’ll definitely plan on visiting them every time I’m in town.
Now as for the Jeep. I have almost 11,000 miles on it and I couldn’t be happier with it. It seems like there isn’t anything this car can’t do. It’s extremely well built and I feel very safe driving it, mostly due to all the safety features. It rides comfortably on the highway and can deal with almost any road condition because it’s trail rated.
I look forward to continuing to love my new Jeep and the friendship with David and Rod. Thanks again for everything, especially David.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS! They are the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. Unwilling to meet customers needs. Tell you they have things taken care of when they do not. We bought a car from them, were told our taxes were included when come to find out we need $1600 by January. We contacted BFCU who the loan was through and they had no record of us at all until almost one month later a week before our first payment is due. David began to ignore our calls concerning the issue once we called him out on not sending off our paperwork.We went into the dealership and there he was in his office avoiding our calls. Do not give this company your business. They have already been reported to the BBB by us along with many others. Please look at their reviews on everything before even stepping foot on their lot.

The people at this dealership, from the receptionist to the repair department personnel, to the repair people themselves, to the owner are ALL interested in having things go well for their customers! We had an unexpected occurrence with our vehicle on a Friday afternoon which required some time-consuming work. The work was completed an HOUR before they closed even though I called after the lunch hour to ask for help. We live in a neighboring town and consider this dealership our "hometown" dealership. Thanks so much to ALL of you! You make us WYOMING PROUD!!!!!!!

It's hard to find jobs, let alone good employees. I went there for service on new truck, everyone in the building acted as though you were totally putting them out. Go back to old Evanston, you wouldn't find people like that. Shame on all of you. I left with no expectations let alone letting those people touch anything.
Dishonest Service - wright
Called this dealership for a alignment on my car. I was quoted a price of $65. Once I had the work done I was charged $132.30. This is the second time I have had a problem with this service department. Previously I called to have recall service done. I was put off with, "we don't have that part, we will call you." multiple times. Finally I contacted the agency overseeing recalls to finally get this service done. I will never again go to this dealership.

Broke down driving back to home state of Texas...Caleb Lyons is the new service manager this dealership brought in to revamp this dept and he was helpful, friendly and gave fast service. Had us back on the road asap and we just want to say thanks guys!!!
