My wife and I were on a vacation from Ohio in our Promaster camper van when our transmission started making ominous sounds in western Nebraska. We limped our vehicle to Cheyenne to Cowboy Dodge for a diagnosis. Richard Ortega got us checked in and written up. He said it was going to take a while for the repair under warranty. We arranged a rental car to continue our vacation to Yellowstone. Richard and his team got our vehicle diagnosed and parts ordered very quickly. He stayed in contact with us via text and email to keep us up to date on their progress. Over the next four days while we were at Yellowstone, Cowboy Dodge service techs got our rig repaired and ready for us to pick up on our way home. This team went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out of a bad situation. The vehicle drove great on the way home (1300 miles). Richard even called after our first travel day home to make sure the vehicle was behaving normally. Our experience at Cowboy Dodge was exceptional! From the courtesy car driver that took us to pick up our rental car, to Josh at the reception area, and especially to Richard and the technician that repaired our vehicle we are eternally grateful. We recommend the service department at this dealership highly.

I am the proud owner of 2008 dodge 2500 with a lifetime power-train warranty from the factory........ now that I am having transmission and power issues the service manager refuses to even look at it any more and will no longer call me back so I personally recommend going elsewhere for your new and or used vehicles...... I have been trying to get them to fix the issues for three years now and I bought the truck from them.....

He talked me through all the features of the car, answered my questions, and made for wonderful transaction! He worked with the sales manager, Benton, to get me an awesome discount and good value for my trade-in. The used SUV I purchased had a little wobble in the front end during the test drive. This was immediately fixed at no cost to me. The finance manager Brian was wonderful too! He took the time to explain all the ins and outs of my financing, explained and was very up front about the extended warranties, and overall made the toughest part of the car buying experience a breeze! I would highly recommend buying from Sheridan Motors!
