We purchased a new 2015 Lexus RX350 from Lexus of Oxnard when the dealer was fair and we knew the contract, in written form, before we purchased the vehicle. In 2024 we purchased a used vehicle from the same dealer but under new ownership. We were not able to review the contract in written form, only on a large screen. They charged us for items we didn’t want. We have never a difficult time with a dealer until now. We had to print the contract at home on our own printer. Now months later we had a flat tire and there was no lug nut key and we had to pay over $180.00 to remove the locks. Lexus did not verify that the vehicle had locks when we purchased the vehicle. I would recommend customers to go to Thousand Oaks for a Lexus.

BUYER BEWARE!!! All the things you hear about and hope don’t happen when working with dealerships happened when buying my Lexus from Lexus Santa Monica dealership. Given lots of attention and calls when considering purchase then, once paperwork is signed, zero follow up. Customer service is disappointing, felt sucker punched in gut having just paid a huge amount for my car, and overall incredibly frustrating experience. Bought brand new 2024RX+ in first week of May, 2024. Paid full price plus additional $3k dealership required paint and interior protection options. Signed paperwork with 4 miles on it. Had ahipped to Oregon and arrived with 56 miles on it and a door ding type of dent on front passenger side. Transport driver provided pic of car with dent from pick up at dealership. I called immediately and spoke to Naz the sales person who reassured me that they would take care of it. No contact from them for 6 weeks! I called and left messages, tried to contact managers by phone and email…no response. 2 months in I call, Naz answers. Told to get estimate and let them now how much and they will take care of it. I do that. EST is $208. Again radio silence! Another month goes by and I get Naz on phone. She says that her manager won’t let them pay for the whole amount. WHAT!!! That they will pay for half of the amount and I will need to file a report with the transit company so that they learn to be more responsible when picking up car and doing inspection. 😳 😡 as if I haven’t been patient enough or put in enough effort getting them to do anything!!! So not worth the frustration! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE….especially by MANAGERS!!! To this day, I have received $0 reimbursement. While I do love my Lexus, and I swear by our LEXUS Dealership in Eugene, I would not work with Santa Monica Lexus again.

My experience with Valley Lexus was far better than my expectations! My wife and I were shopping around for our first family size vehicle. We had gone to most other car dealerships to test drive and select a vehicle. Every single dealership we went to, we met a version of the “stereotypical care sales man”. I caught each in multiple lies not only about the vehicles they offer, but also lies about other dealerships and cars. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Trevor Ravelli. He was very courteous, knowledgably about all aspects of cars, and just a good down to earth gentleman. He was able to answer all my questions, and we even left to go check out other vehicles after the test drive. He never put down any other brand, dealership, or type of vehicle. He just informed us on the pros and cons and allowed us to make up our own mind. He is the reason my wife and I returned and bought a vehicle. In this day and age, finding a sales person who looks out for the customer, cares about the product, and makes the experience a hassle free is exceeding rare. My wife and I are very happy with the experience, and I would highly encourage anyone looking for a Lexus to give Trevor Ravelli a call.

EXCELLENT service by everyone at Coliseum Lexus of Oakland. I recently purchased a new ES350 and traded in my old Lexus. From my first contact with Chimgee Shatar (Master Certified Sales Consultant) through my conversations with Ron Fortt (General Manager) to finance paperwork and contracts with Sayed Massoud (Finance Manager) I could not be more satisfied with their service. Chimgee answered all of my calls, texts and emails promptly and accurately. Even though I repeated several questions, she was so patient and kind to continue to answer them and explain the auto features to me. Upon delivery of my immaculate car, she went through the set up and even sent me some videos to watch at a later date. This sales woman is tops!!! We all know there is a lot of important paperwork involved when making an auto purchase and Sayed is efficient and responsive while getting you through all the papers. And guess what, no tricks at the end! Lastly, I would like to thank Ron Fortt as he is definitely the consummate professional. I have had multiple visits here. The staff are all friendly. I had an initial great experience with Chris Samler, who sold me a Certified PreOwned Lexus. Shout-out to Lars also, who plainly discussed the pros and cons of various service packages. My subsequent visits were all with service personnel, mostly for maintenance, thank goodness. All the service personnel are knowledgeable, professional, competent, and friendly. Freeman Lexus (and Freeman Toyota) are family-owned, and the pride of ownership shows. I highly recommend this dealership both for sales and service. I read some of the negative reviews here and they are so far off of my experience that they make no sense to me. In all my contacts with Freeman Lexus, they have always spoken and acted with integrity.
