We recently purchased two Kias from Martin Kia. Our sales rep, India Jacobs, was a wonderful knowledgeable professional who helped us sort through what we wanted in our cars and introduced us to the types of Kia products that had what we were looking for in a car. There was no pressure to buy; India and the manager of the dealership understood that we needed time to think about all the information we had been provided. Once we made our decision, India made the process of going through the paperwork as easy and streamlined as possible. When the purchase had been completed and we were ready to take possession of the car, India went over basic features of the dashboard and infortainment system as well as information on scheduled maintenance. In the week after our purchase India has checked in with us to find out if we had any concerns and to find out if we were enjoying our new purchase. Martin Kia was a great dealership and we are happy we purchased our cars through them.

No hassle purchase with upfront pricing provided. Kia of Wilmington is so easy to work with and this is my second car purchase from them for that reason. I have two Kia dealerships that are much closer to my house but it’s worth the 40 minute drive to Kia of Wilmington.

Dropped off my car for service. Returned home. Got a call they don't have the tool to do the recall repair. Wasted another hour picking it up. 2 hours wasted and no service today.

Never EVER go to Holly kia. They make you sit for hours to wear you down, then push you through the paperwork at lightning speed so you don't catch how they rip you off. I mentioned the tires on the vehicle causing a vibration and wanted them changed before purchase. Salesman said they are new tires. So we buy it anyway, and of course the tire shop says we need new tires when we get it looked at the next day. The dealership couldn't even be bothered to put decent tires on to seal the deal. I'll never go back here. You shouldn't either.
