I had a great experience buying a 2013 Ram from Barrett in sales and Isaac in finance. I came from Amarillo for a better deal. Truck Town's prices are very competitive and they let me use a loaner vehicle so they could inspect my new truck to make sure it was ready to hit the road. No hassle no hard sell. I tell everyone to go to Truck Town Lamessa.

Out of state buyer who found a vehicle on Autotrader - A Scott

Out of state buyer who found a vehicle on Autotrader posted by Cavender Cadillac. Called first day, and spoke with a sales rep. Chose to put a deposit of $2000 on the vehicle on Saturday to hold the vehicle while I could get someone out to look at the vehicle for me. I was told that would get me until close of business on Tuesday to purchase the vehicle. I had the mechanic go on Monday afternoon to drive the vehicle, and when he arrived they told him it was unavailable and in the paint booth. Because they wouldn't let someone look at the vehicle, the sales person told me that they would extend my deposit until end of business day Wednesday to give me time to have someone come out the next day. They told the mechanic they would call him when it was out of the paint booth...they didn't. I got him out there by close of business Tuesday for him to drive it. He then gave me my report. I spoke with the sales rep on a couple of things on Wednesday and was still being told we had until end of day. I finally told him that I wanted the vehicle and he told me it was sold. Holding $2000 deposit, lying, this is what I dealt with. All the time I spent getting and inspection. All the time I spent arranging shipping quotes because they wouldn't help. Every time I spoke to the sales rep, I could tell he was at home with a crying baby in the background, so I was never being told anything truthful. The amount of time this dealership wasted of mine is completely disrespectful. No standard of customer service. I was always transparent and never didn't reply or respond. There is no reason they should have sold that car without asking me for a final decision if they were to that point. Nick and George should be ashamed of how they operate.

Worst experience of my life, wife bought an Escalade that was presented to be 4x4 only for us to find out it wasn’t. Dealership refused to buy it back. I feel they took advantage of my wife’s lack of knowledge. The salesman Austin was told repeatedly that we had to have 4x4 to pull behind our RV.

Took my car in running bad..low power..they diagnosed and installed a new catalytic converter $3700.When I picked up car would still barely run..I barely got it home..been told by 2 mechanics cat had nothing to do with it..ECM was diagnosed as bad..Wiesner just took a stab and replaced most expensive thing first..Nobody has responded to my emails for 5 months now..I totally feel cheated !!2012 Traverse was bought at Wiesner in 2019..Felt like they would be fair..Bad choice.When I was picking up mechanic basically said he had no idea what was wrong..So just replace something expensive!Been a Wiesner customer for 25+years 10+cars..old timers in Conroe treated us right!! I am now 74 years old and totally upside down with this unreliable car..

I had been treated rudely and puchy at other dealerships and a friend of mine knew a guy named "Jason" that worked here, so we came in and spoke with him about what I was looking for but unfortunately their current cars were over my price limit. However, Jason took our number and said he would call if he found anything for us and would keep an eye out. Well, no more than 20 mins later he called us and let us know He found me a 2010 Toyota Camry, and it was very fairly priced and very good car. It was a coworkers fathers car he didnt really have for sale before, but to try and give me what I was looking for, offered it to me. Now if that is not going above and beyound I dont know what is! I didnt not end up purchasing the car as it was still over my comfortable monthly payment range but I just wanted to share with everyone how impressed I was with this dealership and how hard they worked to give me what I was looking for.

The had my cell, should have called me, if it was going to be more than I was quoted. Was told it would have cost no more than 500.00 at the chev. Dealership in Plainview.
