I walked into the dealership and no one seemed to want to help me at first! Multiple sales rep sat and ignored me and my partner! Not a great feeling! Aaron Gomez who was on a call at the time ended his call to help me and was a great sales rep I truly appreciate him as well as Cindy Baxter in finance!l Cindy and Aaron are amazing! I was also told that I was unable to trade my vehicle (said title issue) but multiple dealerships that I went to before coming to Land Rover Jaguar had no problem taking the trade and had no issues with title.

This dealership is the very best dealership I have ever dealt with over the last 50 years of buying cars. General Manager Dillon Harwood, New Car Sales Director Bill Grimes, Finance Manager Jennifer Ginder and Sales Guide Collin Sutton were the best. They were extremely easy to work with and they genuinely put my needs before their own, as I was not easy to work with. They really care. He's very friendly, courteous, and gives us timely update along the process. He is an excellent asset to the company! Additionally, I like that your restrooms are always very clean; your coffee and assorted snacks are good too!

Amazing service from Thanos and the team! Thanos was incredibly responsive to my many questions, provided all the necessary documentation without being requested, and could answer all my Range Rover specific questions without having to consult a manual. When I picked up the car he spent a long time talking me through all the functions, and set up the infotainment and user preferences for me. Previously I had an Escalade that I bought from Sewell Cadillac in Houston - I remember saying to my wife that I didn't know what car I would buy next but I knew I'd buy it from Sewell. I appreciate the level of service, the staff knowledge, and more than anything else I find everyone I deal with to be trustworthy, which is not the case in many dealers. My Escalade was stolen, I was looking for a Range Rover, I didn't know that Sewell had a Land Rover dealer so I looked online. I was really pleased to find a link on the Land Rover USA website. Thano picked up on the first call and looked after me throughout the process. It's not often that buying a new car is a pleasant experience, but this time it was. I cannot compliment Thano enough, I guess you've realized that by now.... His level of service, knowledge and attention is what will bring customers back for their next car and the car after that. Since the beginning, I experienced pressure tactics from Gabe the Sales manager. Trying to pressure me to buy the vehicle as we got there. Gabe did not communicate that the vehicle was not ready to sell. The Dishonesty from Gabe promising something and not getting them done on time is still frustrating at this moment. He lacked communication by blaming the sales representative instead of getting the issue resolved himself, and unprofessional conduct by not responding in a professional manner and tone. Include Johnny, the GM cursing at my husband on a phone call when he was asking Johnny to help get the license plates because the permit was already expired and we were driving without the permit. Johnny called us to tell us about his marriage issues and asking about our marriage was unprofessional. It’s been 74 days since I bought my vehicle and I still have not received my license plates in the mail like they said they would send them. Yesterday we had to get roadside assistance urgently because an ugly sound (metal rubbing with metal) was coming from the rear back tires. A very scary moment as we were able to exit the I-10 carefully. The toll truck company guy said that the vehicle had no brake pads anymore. Gabe had said in the past that there were two inspections done to the vehicle to make sure everything was ok and the inspection came out good, that everything was ok. ALL THESE PEOPLE WERE IN CHARGE OF MAKING SURE THE VEHICLE WAS SAFE TO DRIVE AND THEY FAILED. THEY PUT ME, MY HUSBAND, AND MY KIDS IN DANGER OF HAVING A BIG ACCIDENT BY NOT HAVING WORKING BRAKES. WE COULD HAVE DIED. THIS UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Very helpful and went out of their way to make sure the car was right for me and I was happy. Price negotiations were friendly and no undue pressure was placed on me to close the deal. The purchasing experience was one of the best that I have experienced. The only reason I did not rate them a 5 for all categories was that they failed to contact me on the availability of a part that is needed to fix a fit and finish issue. Unfortunately they also had to tell me that could not give me a delivery date either. This is rather lax. However they are always friendly and helpful when I call. The car has only had some rather minor fit issues (3 of them) and a single irritating squeak. The squeak and all but one of the fit issues was rectified without any issues. I await the missing part and the fixing of the remaining issue. Overall, Charles Maund Jaguar have given me a pleasant introduction to the Jaguar ownership experience but need to be a little more attentive on the service side.

Great experience purchasing a vehicle from Land Rover Clear Lake. The whole process was very quick, easy and pressure free. Bryson and Rose were both great. Very easy to deal with. There was no excessive back and forth and very minimal waiting. Lastly, finance was quick and easy as well. Jared was awesome. It was probably the fastest sales process I have experienced.
