The sales person was nice but I guess didn’t have enough time to explane anything on the new vehicle and since there was no owners manual from ford. I guess he was too busy to get to his next sales as they were waiting. And none of the other people offered to go over the options. Also the glove compartment was full of water.

I went to Barrette's with low hopes of being able to get out of the car I was in due to the negative equity. But Sara not only got me thousands more for my trade than what any other dealer would give, she went even farther and got another $500 for it, bringing me within $1,000 of what I owed. She stayed past closing time to let me pick up my new vehicle/sign my paperwork. This is a family owned business and they WILL work with you! No pushey gimmicks or pitches.
