We purchased the 2025 Telluride and the 2026 Sorento X-Line. We had a great experience at Yonkers Kia. Ramon was very knowledgeable, patience and helpful. As well as, Junito and Juan from finance. Everyone was pleasant. My finance and I had conversations with other employees there and they were all very pleasant, they treat you like family! Go see Ramon ! he would do his best and then some to put you in the Car you want. They all work with you to make sure you lave there with the car you need and want!

The service manager, Miguel Duque, was very professional and accommodating. He explained what was done and suggested what service could be done. There was no pressure to do the suggested work. Overall good experience each time I come in. Staff is friendly and nice. I must say Nicole Perri is always so sweet, friendly, courteous and pleasant. Always willing always to work with me. This young lady needs to be recognized. I will also add I've had an ongoing issue that is constantly in need of repairs. Not major but minor. Thank goodness. They have been working with me on the issue. Praying this last visit will be it for this problem. Overall they've been good.
