Another dealer offered to beat their deal by 100$ but I chose to do business with Mike Barnard anyway because they listened to my wants and needs and knew more about the vehicle than the other dealer.

Very professional. Was in looking at trucks and had picked one out. Wanted to come back the next day to possibly complete the deal. The sales person recommended leaving a deposit, I didn't want to because I felt it wasn't necessary. He didn't pressure me at all, just respected my decision not to. That's one of several reasons why I bought the truck the next morning. He made the deal the way I was comfortable with, no pressure to buy now. When I left the first day, he thanked me and shook my hand. He said call me tomorrow when you're coming in. I knew he really didn't want me to leave and I am sure the manager really wanted a commitment, but they didn't show it. They gave me my space. That kind of respect for the customer doesn't happen much anymore. Naturally everyone wants to get a great deal, but it seems there specialty is fair deal for both with a ton of respect. They now have my vote!!

I needed an oil change for my truck. I called on a Thursday. Asked to get in on Monday. They said no problem. Set me up with an appointment. I arrived for my appointment and within a half an hour my truck was ready. This dealership really knows how to make things so easy and pleasant to do business with them. Service department is always pleasant to deal with. They also are very prompt getting things done. I have dealt with many dealerships in the past. But none come close to the superior sales and service that Sun Chevrolet gives

I am filing this review regarding my experience with Bob Johnson Chevrolet Buick in Pulaski, New York. Over the years, I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership because I believed they were a reputable business that valued honesty and customer service. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has completely changed that opinion. I purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Traverse in good faith, believing I was buying a vehicle with an accurate and properly disclosed odometer history. Years later, when I attempted to trade the vehicle, I learned it had an odometer discrepancy/rollback flag on the car fax, which has significantly reduced its value and made it difficult to trade or sell. I was never informed of this issue during the sale, and was not provided an odometer disclosure documenting the discrepancy. Had this information been disclosed, I would not have purchased the vehicle. After discovering the issue, I sent a formal demand letter to Bob Johnson Chevrolet Buick with supporting documentation, giving the dealership an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter. Despite providing a reasonable deadline, I received no response at all. As a longtime customer who has purchased four vehicles from this dealership, I found the complete lack of communication especially disappointing. I expected much better from a dealership I had trusted for years. Instead of acknowledging my concerns or attempting to resolve the situation, they chose not to respond. I will now be taking other avenues to resolve this matter.

Stay away from this dealership.I Havana 2025 Buick Enclave that is a great vehicle and sales person was great, the dealership however is a different story. The status of the vehicle was showing 18 per cent left on the front brakes. Davidson’s wanted $300.00 for new pads but the guy I hired to check them got the pads force less than a third of that. When he pulled the wheels tgr brake pads looked like new, he said the status on the dash needed to be updated but he said the dealer would have to do it. I called Davidsons and they were going to charge me a diognostic fee when it only had 19000 miles on it. I won’t ever buy another vehicle from them.
