Adam Collins was the absolute BEST!!!! Found me a truck at another dealership, so I could get what I wanted because the truck I went to look at was sold. He went above and beyond to get me into the truck I wanted. Overall a great experience dealing with Adam and the rest of the staff was friendly as well, especially Bruce! I had a great experience buying my first car from Northstar. I was contacting Mario through email prior but he was previously engaged and Blake jumped right in to make sure I was taken care of. My mom and I had a great time chatting away with Blake and Angela all throughout the test drive and financing. The 2015 Nissan Sentra was in beautiful condition and they had already put in so much work to make sure it was in perfect driving condition and even handled a part that had a recall on it. I couldn’t have wished for a faster or smoother buying process, can’t recommend them enough !

This was my first experience with this dealership and I was pleasantly surprised. The price I was quoted over the internet for the SUV I inquired about never changed when I got to the dealership. Every other place I had gone to would change their story once I got there, can't give the incentive and 0%, you get one or the other...you know, the typical old song and dance everyone goes through. But at this place, I got both, the incentive and the 0% financing....and they gave me exactly what I thought my car was worth right from the start! It was my best car buying experience ever. I recommend them highly.

The undercoating we paid for was not done leading to rust, poor paint job, with rust a 2nd time. Owner not available to return call. If this prevention coverage was done as advertised this review would not exist.
