When my F350 radiator failed while towing a 5th wheel Toy Hauler in January 2026 with temperatures falling below zero at night and a three foot snowfall predicted over the next two days, Jeffrey and his service team immediately got us into the shop. The day was Friday and the service technician was willing to work after hours if necessary to get us on the road again. They were able to finish the job earlier than expected and we got back home a day before receiving 30 inches of snow. Thank you Key Ford for letting us "camp" in your backyard, for keeping us comfortable, and especially for getting us on the road again.

John the Salesman was great! George the finance guy was also nice. They were accommodating to our needs. The negative was the condition of the vehicle we purchased… dog hair over the interior, spill marks on the console and seats, debris and dirt in the truck bed. Film on windows also. The detail shop or whoever preps the car for delivery needs to have a checklist or a post inspection to approve their work. We are happy with John but the condition of the vehicle was quite disappointing.

I would highly recommend going to Coccia ford. I have bad credit and Dave from finance never gave me up on me he worked very hard to get me a loan through a bank. Scam artists!! Take my vehicle in on August 3rd for a failed part and I was notified that the part is on backorder. Called on December 13th to check on status of part and was informed it was still on backorder. Called again on January 3rd at 11:05 a.m. and the woman I spoke to informed me the part was now in and I went forward with scheduling the appointment. At that time they verified with the extended warranty company that it would be fully covered. On January 26th work is done and afterwards they tried to charge me the full amount. Then after supposedly calling the extended warranty company I was informed the service would only be partially covered. Take your vehicle to another dealership!!

I found this dealership on Autotrader as I was looking for a Toyota Avalon to replace the one destroyed by a deer. They gave me a deeply discounted price on the 2000 Avalon in the ad. It was well worth the 150 miles I drove from Maryland to pick it up and drive it home. The entire transaction went smoothly and they only charged me $99 for dealer prep and that included the 60-day Pennsylvania T-tag. A truly stress free experience and I would drive the 150 miles again to do business with them. Kudos to Squire and Conor!

I recently took my car in for an inspection. Car is only three years old and with low mileage. Warranty has run out on parts like brakes, battery, etc. Was told that I needed brakes and rotors. Had a feeling that this was not true. Took my vehicle to another station. Was told I DID NOT NEED brakes or rotors, and my car passed inspection. So sad when a dealership has to be dishonest in order to make money off of their customers. Also have been having transmission problems with my 2013 Ford Fiesta and have had the car to the shop FOUR times and car is not even four years old yet. Would never return to DelBaso for any vehicle EVER!!!!!

The sales process was wonderful and painless. Quick and easy. Thats where the good ends. On my drive home from buying the car I realized my headlights were not aligned, and my oil change was 250 miles over the sticker. Called immediately and they dont have a spare moment to fix the issues that were already on it when i bought it until a couple weeks later. Haven’t even made a payment on my car yet and the front wheel has started making a terrible squealing noise. The service department has refused to take a look at it for another few weeks. As a person who just spent $20,000 it would be nice to see the dealership service department jumping at the chance to fix a problem that was already there before the vehicle was sold. Instead i was told “service doesnt sell the cars” so its not their problem and i can wait. Thank you to Crystal in the service department for doing the bare minimum and not trying to make a wrong right.

Had a 2008 Avalanche ltz I had repairs done on. They never replaced everything that was broken. They claimed when I took it back it broke after they fixed??? Wth. I bought a 2011 Subaru wrx that the paint started pealing off a month after I bought it. They wouldn't touch it. 3 months of complaining they they had the Subaru rep look at and he agreed to have it painting. Took them 7 months to finally get it it. By then the metal was rusting. They just painted over it and must of clear coated the car out side. Stones all thew the clear coat. Traded car2 days after I got it back. Will NEVER go to them for anything and will turn as many people away if I can help it. Total waste of time and money.

They will say or do anything to get the sale but after that they don't to hear from you. Need service, be prepared to wait for a week or two. During the sale they send in a wide array of people all with different forms, I had no less than 8 people, claiming they are all working together, but the end result is you don't get proper time to review what you are signing. That's where they get you, you will get bills for weeks after the purchase and end up with extended warranties you didn't want. After the sale they play dumb and say that everything should have been explained. But it wasn't. I am done with them

The mechanics at Specchio Ford are first rate. When ever I need service I am well taken care of in a professional manner. The Service Dept. takes excellent care of my vehicles. Easy to make an appointment and my cars are ready within a reasonable length of time. They are also ready to help me if I have difficulty out on the road. I had a tire problem recently at the grocery store, and the service department was on the scene to help quickly. We got the car back to the shop repaired on back on the road all within an hour and a half. Outstanding service.

H.L. Stephens is a rural dealership with no bells and whistles attatched. They are honest, and there is no stress attatched when purchasing a new vehicle. My wife and I have purchased 17 new cars in the last 29 years. We have been to countless dealerships, and never have we been more satisfied with the experience that H.L. Stephens gave us. They are more than competitive with price, too. Our last two vehicles purchased were from there. Our last vehicle, a 2012 Ford Explorer, we ordered over the phone, not having to show our trade in vehicle because she trusted us. This was convienent. Most dealerships waste my time, looking under the hood, and telling us how terrible our trade is. By the way, this purchase with trade difference was $8,300 cheaper than Coccia Ford in Plains, Pennsylvania, and we spent 2 hours there wasting my valuable time. Most other dealerships give you a song and dance routine that I don't appreciate. We can't believe H.L. Stephens is no longer going to be in business after 96 years. My thought is Ford Motor Co. has pushed them out.
