Busy schedule? No problem. Bobby will get it done in no time. He made it quick and easy and was very patient and very dedicated to helping me. Stayed late bc of my work schedule just so I can get one of my dream trucks. Bobby gets a 11/10 from me and dealership was gets a 10/10 from me too for having nice staff and being very clean.

We took in our car to trade in and this group of individuals went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. The manager is absolutely wonderful and our sales rep Cornell was the best sales rep i have had in purchasing any vehicle i have owned. I will recommend anyone and everyone to see them in their next vehicle purchase

We worked with Cornell Ricketts and he was an absolute PLEASURE to work with. Not only was he professional, but incredibly patient with us. We needed to bring our 2 young children and it was later in the day and he helped every possible way. Justin Sell worked with us in finance and he was so fast we were in and out in 6 minutes...We timed it and it was perfect! I will be referring anyone and everyone to not just Star GMC but to Cornell specifically. Customer for life.

My sales experience may not be the typical because the dealership had salespeople on vacation. It may have taken longer than I expected but I was able to find a vehicle to my liking in my price range so I’m happy.

I went to Patriot GMC in Boyertown because we had an interset sales deal. All ready to go and when i drove 1 1/2 hours to get there and they informed me the price increased by $10k over the deal made online. Now i am at Oneil. I had great service from the late Jamie at the Oneil Collision Center in hatboro on multiple occasions. I figured i would give this dealership a shot at my new truck. Right from the beginning i felt i was being well taking care of. I am working with Eric Wong and found him to be honest and forthright. I initially looked at a GMC Denalli, loved the truck, however towing capacity was much less than i required. He helped me look into exactly what i need, and we are in the process of building the right truck for me. So far, this dealership has been easy to work with and has made this exciting purchase fun. Kudos to Team Oneil!

So I goes to the dealership this morning with an attitude - pamdennis125

So I goes to the dealership this morning with an attitude because the molding is coming off of my new vehicle. These people are all happy and joyful when you are buying the vehicle but when you go back, they are different people so I asked to speak to Mr. Kerbeck, nobody knows where Mr. Kerbeck is, but I bet you if I told them I was buying a Lamborghini Mr. Kerbeck will come out of the woodwork
