I take my car to get service at the dealer service center. They are great. They do the overview check and send the report to you. My car needed brakes, and then another problem was found when they did the test drive. It is now like a new car even though it is a 2007.

It is with great pleasure that I post this review of this excellent business in Paradise Pa.  After much searching across several states, I located the exact vehicle I have been interested in. My first contact was with Ty in sales and he graciously accepted my deposit. The following Saturday I travelled almost 4 hours, one way, on my quest for the vehicle. On arrival, I met Anthony in sales who was fantastic. Personable, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time with me, made sure I took advantage of any available discounts, and guided me through the process. Scott was also very helpful, demonstrating some of the advanced features on this brand new Camaro Convertible. Mike in the Finance department was also very kind and patient working out the actual numbers with me. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the overall buying experience at this business. Dave & the Winner Chevy team were so helpful in finding a car that had everything was looking for! The car I was interested in ended up being sold prior to my arrival, and Dave was so patient with me while I looked at other options. Once we found the perfect fit, he spent time with me to set-up and learn how to work all the features on my car, and even checked in after the sale was complete. At no point did I feel as if I was just another customer. I would definitely refer my friends and family to him!

Buying my new car was a great experience at Williams Chevrolet in Elkton MD! The salesperson, Rachel Kalmbacher, was knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions. In addition, she was patient and understanding when it came to informing me about all of the car's features once the purchase was made. I left the dealership feeling prepared to fully enjoy the numerous 'bells and whistles' that the vehicle offers. The General Manager, Steve Musick, introduced himself and made me feel welcomed and cared for. The Director of Sales and Finance, William Little, did an amazing job of walking me through all of the myriad of details that go into the actual financial transaction involved in the purchase. He made a process that can seem overwhelming as pleasant as possible for me. I left Williams in my new car, feeling proud to be a part of this wonderful team who cares for their customers with respect, kindness, patience and great attention to detail! I am grateful for this opportunity to share my experience. Thank you!

WOW how bad can you treat a person ASK THE GM TONY!!!!!!!!!!!Buying a $80,000.00 Truck I filled out all the paper work for financing pulled my credit send over all documents ins. cards drivers license everything they asked got verified from there bank. I was under the impression I could sign using e sign but they told me no because of fraud they was happing I said no problem booked a flight ($300) while one the phone with them for the next day sent them my itinerary because they told me they would have someone pick me up at the airport and bring me to the dealership to do paper work and sign and drive truck back home and i was happy to do it . Then they tell me they can't sell me the truck because of my id drives license was not real I told them it is and was issued by the state of new Hampshire and is 100% real and but I will also bring my passport they told me no thats probably not real. LOL ONLY ME my response was I cant fly without a id or passport and you see my fight info with my name and address on it ... IS THIS EVEN REALLY HAPPENING . I asked the GM Tony to talk to his boss and he said that no-one is his boss he is the boss and he told me in a nicer way to F OFF AND POUND IT NO DEAL AND HUNG UP. I called back and talk to the operator and I told her what happen and she put me on the phone with Tonys boss I told him the situation and he said let me look into it and I'll call you back before end of the day never got a call back still and its been 24 hours I own 6 different business if any of my over 120 employees ever handled or acted like that to a Customer they would be let go immediately. i hope the owner of the dealerships reads this review or the last few witch are all 1 star and makes some changes but I know 1 thing they lost my business and every plat form I get I will copy and past this review.. 40 years old and by far the worst experience I ever had.. 80k going to a different dealership not this xxxx hole.. Tony I think you suck as a gm and person customers like me pay your salary and keep places like the one you work at running Thanks Rocco

The service at this dealership is bad. - mike

The service at this dealership is bad. I came in for inspection and oil change, which went fine. But, I also wanted check engine light codes checked into. A 3 year old car with 17,000 miles on it should not have acceleration issues resulting in a check engine light warning. This was totally brushed off. Also, this model has a known issue with a shift to park warning. This was also ignored. These are known issues with this model, and this dealership clearly couldn't be bothered.

I've been having a recurring starting/staying started issue with my Saturn and Thomas is the "GM Certified" service center nearest to me so I brought it in. They were up-front about the diagnostic cost and called me before they took each further step to figure out what my issue was. I got out of there for what I believe is pretty reasonable price being this is a dealer. Jim was good to talk to over the phone, and the receptionist when I picked up my car was very friendly (I'm sorry I don't remember her name). One of the better experiences I've had at a dealer. If anything else goes wrong with my car I will be bringing it back to them. I'm not giving any 'great' ratings because I've had less than awesome experiences with dealerships in the past - even when Saturn was supposed to be the 'friendly, no-hassle' dealer. But they were better than some of the others I've talked to. I'll go back and I'd recommend them to others too - at least on the service side.

They Lie and will rip you off - unhappy

Purchased a 2015 with a Tow Package. They had a hitch on it but it was not a tow package. The vehicle with a Tow package can to 4500 lbs with just a hitch 2000lbs. I purchased one with tow package, my paper work states with tow package, to pull my camper, I notified dealership they said sorry but they don't care. Then sails man told me to get a lawyer because they have lots of them. I wander why does a dealership have lots of lawyers, maybe because the lie and rip people off.
