Over the course of my life, I have purchased 33 different - Prheston

Over the course of my life, I have purchased 33 different vehicles, and I can say without hesitation that my recent experience buying my Cadillac from Fitzgerald Cadillac Annapolis was the absolute best car-buying experience I have ever had. From start to finish, John Green in sales provided exceptional, top-tier service. He was professional, straightforward, transparent, and made the entire remote purchasing and trade-in process seamless and stress-free. When it came time to finalize the paperwork, Anthony Johnson in finance was a absolute pleasure to work with. He made the process quick, clear, and completely transparent, ensuring every number and detail was handled with precision and care. If you are looking for a dealership that truly respects your time, values transparency, and delivers outstanding customer service, look no further than Fitzgerald Annapolis. Ask for John and Anthony—you won't regret it!

Dealer registered services to non-owner - LH

Dealer registered OnStar and Sirius XM to my husband who was not the owner of the car. Took 4 phone calls to straighten out the mess. Without ever asking who was going to own the car, all paperwork was prepared in my husband's name, some of which was able to be fixed in the hour before the car was delivered. Makes me wonder what era these people are living in.

I recently dealth with the dealership based on the recommendation of my sister and brother-in-law who were friends of the owner. They swore by the owner stating "he is a caring person (supposedly a paster of a churh) and will give you the best deal possible. He gave me a loaner vehicle while searching for one that met my initial criteria. This was on a Monday and I made arrangements on Friday to find out what he found. I originally asked for a truck but when considering the costs in gas and repair, I took his suggestion on a car. He met with me, my sister and brother-in-law. When disussing the price of the car, he stated the "bottom line" was $11,200.00. He wanted me to take the car home for the weekend and meet on Monday to make the final decision. The meeting took place with the same people present and I signed the paperwork (which was blank). I was very happy to get a nice car at a decent price and trusted the dealer to deliver on his word (the owner in fact). When I received the paperwork in the mail, the price was $1800.00 higher at almost $13000.00!!!!!!!! I will never trust this person again nor buy a car from this dealership!! I can't imagine this person at church teaching "Thou Shall Not Lie" "Thou Shall Not Steal"

Roberts Auto Mall misrepresented the vehicle they... - dissatisfied_customer

Roberts Auto Mall misrepresented the vehicle they advertised, stating it had equipment it did not and not performing required scheduled maintenance prior to offering the vehicle for sale. They also undervalued my trade by 20%+ (per 3 independent sites — KBB, NADA, and Edmunds). In fact, they offered below wholesale value for my trade. When both of these less-than-honest polices were brought to their attention, they refused to acknowledge them or adjust their vehicle price, even when I offered to meet them halfway. In short, Roberts Auto Mall was imposible to deal with, treated me like a "mark", and did nothing to earn my business. If this is how they behave prior to putting pen to paper, I shudder to think what the process must be like inside the sales/finance office. Roberts Auto Mall acts as if they don't want your business, and thus I would advise against giving it to them.
