I always read the reviews when I'm about to buy something and there have many products that I haven't bought based on the reviews. I read about 4 years of reviews for this company and couldn't find 1 bad review. What does that tell you? West Park is the place to buy your next car. Now I have, over the years, sat in many dealerships watching and listening to the games of buying a car and I thought that I would have to take my son with me to get fair treatment. I talked to B.J. Marsh on the phone and felt, from the way he talked that I could go by myself. So a female friend went with me. B.J. already had the SUV under the porch waiting and he didn't just tell me where the manual was so I could read about it. B.J. went through all the features explaining them and showing me how they worked. Then he told me to test drive it and take my time. In his office he again explained the procedures. I had never bought a car by myself and B.J. Marsh was the reason it all went very smoothly.

I worked for Grant Jarman for three years in the 90"s selling cars. Grant and Jim work hard to buy and sale the best used car available in Greenville. I am no longer in the car business and do not live in the Greenville area . I have bought several cars from Grant over the years and have had excellent service out of all. Grant is not a mechanic ,but he is very knowledgeable about what to look for in a good used car . He would send every car to the same outside mechanic to have the cars looked at before they went on the lot . mechanical things break down even in new cars . buy a car with warranty if you do not want to be hassled by nit picky problems. most of his cars will have factory warranty anyway. They deal in quality.

I purchased a vehicle here that had a couple minor issues. I bent over backwards trying to work with them to get them fixed. They agreed on the Bill of Sale to some stipulations of purchase. Needless to say, they still owe me a reimbursement a month later despite countless promises. They have been very rude and disrespectful once they got my money. If you decide to go here beware. They are true “Used Car Dealers”
