Simply a greatful experience. Im a single dad of two girls going through a seperation and having started all over again... I didnt think we'd actually drive out with the vehicle we wanted... but the team here at Hunter Chevrolet made it happen! We purchased our 2025 Chevy Trax RS1 at the end of 2024. At first we were so excited to have a new family vehicle. Our rep was Davis Easton. He was nice and ok to work with, a little pushy but overall that was a good experience. But after the excitement has went away we started wondering about the finance process we went through. We are expecting a baby and need something more family appropriate. We traded the vehicle in and they were also questioning us why the cars price was basically 5,000 dollars more than what it should've been. Something had to of gotten tacked on that we had no clue about. Out the door price for the car was around 24,000 and when we left (mind you all we approved was for the GAP and that was only supposed to tack on 1,000 according to the paper work I have.) it stated that we were financed for over 31,000. Something just didn't add up. Will never go back to Tim Marburger, my husband always told me sketchy stuff went down at Marburger's and now I do believe that. Oh also before I forget, who ever was the finance adviser at that time was such a creep and pervert. Made me feel so uncomfortable. So glad my husband was there with me!

This was my first time to Parks Chevrolet for service. I'll say that my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation took a lot longer than I expected - however, Mr. Fox recognized this issue without me bringing it up and made it worth my time when it came to paying my bill. This is why I will definitely be back for all my service needs or new car needs. This service department is now my go to for Chevy service. Any other place would not have cared or done as good of a job with me or my car. Kudo's Parks Chevrolet - you deserve your 5 stars from me.

Listen to the negative reviews you read on Parks in Kernersville. I went on the fact that a friend had a positive experience here. We did NOT. Finance dept was the worst. Nathan i believe convinced my aunt to add on some extra years on an optional service during the final signing of the papers while I left for a few minutes to get income verification from the bank. Nathan also told me they could not refund me a hold deposit on my card since I did not have it with me to process -- Later on I was refunded back to the card without the card being present. said I would get a check in a few days Nathan no longer works there so I ended up talking to Leon who has zero customer service skills-- immediately on the defensive on every conversation -- told me the same about the card and that the back office could not send a check til something was confirmed with the financing bank -- the bank process had been complete already . just a of miscommunication and predatory practice on the back end of the deal. I regret dealing with this dealership and advise anyone to look elsewhere. The used car sales team Ben and Garrret were half way legit but the overall experience leads me to my 1 star -- would give 1/2 star if that was an option. STAY AWAY

Seatbelt sensor beeps for no apparent reason. First time we took it to be checked couldn’t replicate sensor reading. We took it 8/12 same thing it just keeps beeping for no apparent reason. The reading on the sensor says check seatbelt which service rep saw and took a picture. The truck was driven only in the parking lot and they couldn’t replicate. One person said we should trade and buy a new truck. The truck is under warranty. We told service if man made it man can fix it. Needless to say nothing has been done , or checked. I felt like we were just an inconvenience for them.

The rear hatch on my SRX wouldn’t open any more. I took it to a Cadillac dealership who advised me that the issue was un-fixable as the necessary part was no longer available. In desperation, I called Randy Marion Cadillac for a second opinion. The receptionist connected me with Danny who knew what my problem was even before I had the chance to tell him I already knew. They fixed the problem with a brand new part and cleaned my car so well, my wife yelled at me for buying new rims. Danny was personable, knowledgable and responsive. Since he was able to save me some money from the original quote (one of the parts turned out to be unnecessary), he offered to also repair another issue (strong salesman’s skills). I couldn’t be happier. Kudos to senior management for running a tight ship, Danny my advisor and to the mechanics. Nice job !

All the work that Mack Brown did on my car wound up having workmanship problems, which were in some cases documented by other dealers and mechanics. The first work I had them do was replace the fuel pump. They replaced the fuel pump and supposedly cleaned out the gas tank as I instructed them. We kept having strange problems with the car cutting out as if losing fuel. We took it back several times but could not get them to fix it. The last time we took it up it sat for a month. When I called for a status he indicated that he had not had time to work on it. I left it there so he would have more time, and after two months they called me up asking what I wanted them to do with the car, to which I replied “Fix the car.” We went up to find the tires flat and the battery dead in the parking lot – these people did not look at this car for three months! I finally had someone else work on it and they took the gas tank off and found it full of rust and dirt and it was clogging the fuel pump filter. Apparently the service people did not clean out the fuel tank when they replaced the pump. We replaced the tank and fuel pump and the car runs fine. In another case I had them replace the transmission. I took the car to another dealer to see why the car shifted funny and they found that Mack Brown had installed the wrong screws in the transmission case and had stripped the metal holes in the case. They had also left off a bracket that helps hold the transmission in place. I paid for it to be fixed and never was compensated by Mack Brown.
