Salesman does not do what he says - Disappointed customer
Crowne Kia- My salesman Bill told me to bring my car back in for servicing and he would detail & fill it up with gas because it wasn't done when I purchased the vehicle. I called him twice to remind him of my service appointment that he promised me he would give me a loaner for. On the day of my appointment when I called him to let him know that I was here, he acted like he had never spoken to me before. I guess after he sold me the car, he didn't care anymore. I didn't ask for him to do this but he offered it when I purchased the vehicle. Very disappointing when people tell you but don't follow through.
