I dropped my car off for a recall for fuel, you could smell is gas. I would like to first thank Mrs.Pride and the mechanics that helped me, they went above and beyond to look out for my safety,that is very hard to find and they are very special to me and I will NEVER forget whatMrs.Pride and mechanics done for me. I was treated horrible, and put in harms ways by the service secretary. She told me my part would be in by the end of week but it was not and she told me multiple times that I could come get my car and drive it until my part came in and I told her no I was not picking up my car because it would be my fault if my car caught on fire and she even told me that my car was not going to catch on fire and she yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me a few times, I received a call from the machanic saying I couldn’t drive my car m(even to another car repair shop) because my car was going to catch fire and didn’t know how it hasn’t already and I was pulling into prides at that time due to how I had been treated. I had called that morning to speak with Mrs.Pride but she was out so I spoke with general manager,jerry, and he said he would go speak with her. The mechanics begged and begged me not to drive my car because so were only worried about my safety!!! I also needed another part to fix my gas problem and the service secretary,Lajana, was even ruder when I got there and I told the mechanics she has been telling me since last week to pick my car up and drive it until part was in, I had never been treated that way. Mrs. Pride came out and spoke with me and I explained to her what all had been going on and she fixed my car for free to make sure I was safe and that meant the world to me and she and me baby have a special place in my heart forever and I am so grateful for them, it is hard now days to find people who Truly care, have compassion, and empathy and miss pride in the mechanics had all of that and more. I cried like a baby when I left there because they were only worrried about my safety!! So thank you Mrs.Pride for caring about me and my safety and fixing my car for absolutely nothing, they charged me nothing to fix it just so I would be safe!!! I would recommend them to anybody and if you have a problem speak with Mrs.Pride, it is hard to find people who care now days And her and the mechanics had compassion, and empathy, and general cared and I left there crying because it meant the world to me and they will always have a very special place in my heart and NEVER will I forget what they done for me. I had filled out a Transunion form and was told I was approved. It was just a ploy to get you in the Dealership. I was even told to come in after work everything will be good. Again this is after I asked if I was approved. Wasted over 2 hours of mine and my childs time to tell me we will need a five thousand dollar down payment. So the site said I was approved the person I spoke with on the phone said as well and to come in after work to be denied. I have seen this is something Landers does it is the second time I have had a instance with Landers. The first time I was told to pick something and they said I was good so I did so to be denied after I was told I was good pick a vehicle. Landers needs to change thier way of doing things and be honest. Oh wait a honest car salesman lol right.

Bought 2023 Nissan Sentra in Aug. 2023 .Salesman was nice but the man in the finance dept was not..He pushed about 8 or 10 pages to me and when I was trying to read them he just rushed me to sign. In the end I got with a loan shark finance company and the both of them got me This was my first time I bought a car on my own. The interest rate is too high, I am paying $500.00 a month and only $160.00 is applaud to note.trying to get in contact with FTC tolet them know. Also in Nov. Battery lost power and instead of getting a new battery the service dept simply charged it up.

Absolutely the worst communications I have ever encountered… my jeep has been with them for over a month and a technician has not looked at it yet. Neither the service writer (Sergio) or the service manager (Scott) will take my calls or call me back. I have no idea whether the actual service department is good or not. But I certainly can’t recommend taking your vehicle to Landers CDJR in Southaven!

Please pay attention to the negative reviews! The people selling used cars at this dealership are transacting in an unethical manner. We recently bought an older truck from them that seemed to be in decent mechanical condition. Within a week of purchase, the truck showed major issues. A mechanic inspected it and indicated it needs THOUSANDS of dollars in mechanical repair. I contacted the dealer because we just bought the vehicle. Asked them for help. Told them it was financially devastating to our family. All they said back to me was - thanks for your purchase. ...the truck was purchased as is. That's all they said. It has now been less than 3 weeks since we purchased it - there's no way these issues just suddenly happened out of nowhere right after we bought it. They are UNWILLING to discuss this in good faith and to do the right thing. We spent all of our savings to buy this truck. Once the sale is final, they do not care. No matter the deal.... No matter how great everything seems.... I urge you to take your business elsewhere or you may end up in a financial predicament.
