They made the experience enjoyable, answered all questions from afar, were super efficient and was able to make my wife's Mother's Day special with our new SUV! Contacted this dealership about a uses Chevy traverse and made arrangements with Wes Adwell to meet on a Thursday during Christmas week to hopefully buy this car. I had to hire a ride to get there because my vehicle had been in a wreck and was a total loss. When I arrived at the agreed time it took about 15 minutes to find Wes and when he finally arrived he told me the Traverse was in the shop & then it was being driven and not on the lot!! He then tells me I should have called and made an appointment?! HUH???? When I told him that I DID call ( I have the texts to prove it) he lied right to my face and said he didn’t remember any such call. I guess he has an evil twin!!! I just couldn’t believe what just happened so I quickly left. This all happened from late November through December so…just out of curiosity I called the dealership in mid January and guess who answered the phone??? Yep Wes Adwell himself and when I identified myself he went on full defensive mode He denied everything he originally told me ( it would take forever to list all of them) I might have purchased that vehicle and was prepared to negotiate but for the fact that this salesperson is a menace to the dealership he works for
