This place is amazing, best customer service ever and a great selection of vehicles. Our salesman Justin is awesome. This dealership as a whole goes above and beyond. Best customer service ever received at a dealership. We drove from out of state with 4 kids under 12, everyone in that dealership was kind, helpful and polite. My kids were hugging and waving goodbye to everyone, you are treated like family. I was impressed and amazed at their excellent customer service. They definitely gained a lifetime customer, we love our new conversion van. When we are in the market for an everyday vehicle, we know where to go. I can't speak highly enough about this dealership, a week later my kids are still telling everyone about other salesmen there giving them Popsicles, the mechanics making funny faces at them through the service window making them giggle. Our van is beautiful, immaculate, more van than we imagined and look forward to making lasting memories vacationing around. Thank you all for everything.

I brought my 2013 Fusion, to White's Ford, because my key fobs stopped working, tire inflation light came on, and the dome light would come on while driving. Service Manager Natasha and Service Writer Teddy did and excellent job helping me get my car into service. Johnny took me home when I dropped my car at the dealership. Teddy was very good at keeping the bill at 1 hour labor for diagnosis. I had to save money to have the diagnosis done. If the car couldn't be fixed in 1 hour I couldn't afford to continue. When the work was complete Seth from Parts Department picked me up at my house and drove me back to White's. I am sorry to say, I don't know the name of the mechanic that repaired my car. What I can say is that everyone involved in the repairs and my experience at White's, did an excellent job! I will recommend White's Ford, Urbana, Ohio. Thank you all! Mike Duffy

It's always comforting to me to visit Buckeye Ford. I've purchased three vehicles from them since the late 1980s and with each experience, my confidence only grows! Whether ordering, purchasing, having service work done, or buying from the parts department, it's all a "two thumbs up" for me! Each employee is well-trained, personable and professional, with that vital extra of friendliness. In addition to the employees, I've never had a Buckeye Ford vehicle that was anything other than fantastic. I'm a truck person, from a 1992 Ford F-350 crew cab diesel dually to a 1998 Ford Ranger XLT to my current 5-star truck, a 2022 Ford Maverick XL Hybrid in velocity blue. Chad Swartzmiller was my salesman and guided me through the ordering process to the bewildering array of technological improvements to trucks since I bought the 1998 Ranger (which was a lot!). His patience and expertise are unmatched! Without exception, every experience I've had with each department at Buckeye Ford has been a blessing!

Don’t trust this dealership, Jason in the finance department when it comes to Don a refund of your money. He gust set on the paperwork. Until January 10 of 2024 then he sent it to the warranty company. The warranty company issued them a check for my refund on January 16. I called him today about it. He made a sarcastic comment. Don’t call me no more and hasn’t refunded my money yet of an a little over 2400 and 1 I still haven’t received it yet. Has it been sent to me or the bank and they were supposed to send it directly to my bank account like I said do not trust these people they like you left and right

Took truck to get 1st scheduled service done, dealership removed 3rd seat from rear of MY truck, then put MY 3rd seat into owners EB Expedition Demo to sell it that day. I didnt notice until 2 days later, called dealership, salesman stated it didnt come with 3rd seat. Bypassed salesman to talk to General Manager of dealership, went back and forth with Gen Mgr for 10 months. Dealership found very used cloth 3rd seat that was far from a match. Filed lawsuit for new replacement 3rd seat. settled out of court for Dealership to purchased NEW mathching Eddie Bauer tan leather folding 3rd row removable seat that was originally manufactured with my truck anyway. Problem resolved and it took countless calls, threatened litigation, and ONE YEAR OF MY TIME. BLUE OVAL CERTIFIED MY xxx. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS PLACE. <br><br>
