Everyone was very courteous and helpful. We didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle at this time. It was no fault of theirs. We decided to wait till summer. But when we are ready we will definitely check out Glockner.

Hats off to Austin for making the process quick and easy. We were able to do most of it over the phone. Only spent about an hour at the dealership finalizing paperwork, learning about the vehicle, and having Austin pair the phone.

No response from the dealership on any of these negative reviews. Just like they won't answer any of my 5 or 6 emails. They lost a customer over a $200.00 deposit!!

I would stay clear of Buckeye Toyota. Selling used cars for top dollar but unwilling to perform critical maintenance. Why purchase a car and offer to perform the maintenance needed at your cost? Because they know it's needed? Newer car's engines will suffer severe damage when timing belts fail if not replaced according for manufacturer maintenance intervals. They should know this and perform all recommended maintenance, otherwise you might as well buy from a "buy here pay here". :(
