I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Andy Mohr Kia! I recently purchased a Kia K5 GT-Line, and the entire team made the process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable from start to finish. A special shoutout to Tristen, who actually sold me my very first car back in 2023—his first sale as a salesperson at the time! It was great getting to work with him again, and he continues to provide the same outstanding customer service, professionalism, and honesty that made me trust him the first time around. I also want to thank Jesse for being incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The level of customer care I received truly exceeded my expectations. On the day I initially came in, I had to leave before making a final decision because I was worried about being late for a wedding. I was also concerned that either the vehicle or the deal would be gone by the time I was able to decide. Jesse went above and beyond by marking the vehicle as sold and assuring me that I could take the weekend to discuss everything with my friends and family. He told me that if I was still interested, the car would be mine through Monday. That gesture meant so much to me because there was absolutely no pressure—just genuine customer service and understanding. After taking the weekend to think it over, I came back on Monday and purchased the car. I couldn’t be happier with my Kia K5 GT-Line and the experience I had with the team.
