They did exactly what I asked for in less time than expected. Employees were polite and needed service was explained in a clear and understandable way. We just bought a 2016 Malibu and we just love it! We traded a 2007 Malibu, which we also bought brand new from Krajnik Chevrolet. Everyone at Krajnik's (from the salespeople to the service dept.) are all wonderful. They are courteous and friendly. We just had our first oil change and were in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The waiting area was also very nice.

At the appointment, they took me in on time and explained the scheduled work plus gave a cost estimate. Work was completed on time and below the cost estimate. They even washed my car at no charge. This is an excellent service Department and they work hard to earn your business.
