We have purchased vehicles here before and really like - gcwendt

We have purchased vehicles here before and really like the sales staff, always friendly and helpful they take the time to answer your questions. They are not a high pressure dealership just trying to sell you something. They ask the questions and fit you to a vehicle your looking for. Service department is top notch too, always fixed right the first time.

My Chevy Equinox died on me 06/10/2026. - russniet

My Chevy Equinox died on me 06/10/2026. Needed to get a vehicle ASAP due to my business and personal scheduled. Went to Jack Schmidt in Wood River Il to look for another Chevy Equinox. When I arrived at the dealership and got out of my vehicle, a young man named Kadin meet me in the lot. I told him exactly what I was looking for and my price range. Went inside the dealership and he found me 3-vehicles that I might be interested in. Long story short, Kadin went through the process with me and I was there at the dealership about 2-3 hours, and walked out with what I was looking for. If you are looking for another vehicle, I might suggest that you look up Kadin at Jack Schmidt in Wood River Il for great service.

Wonderful experience. Came in thinking we could only afford a used vehicle, but Eric got us into a brand new car by helping us maximize rebates. He and Mr. Reuter were warm, friendly, and professional. Loved the touch at the end where they took our picture with our new car.

Excellent experience once again. - kamphorstjd

As always, the customer service at Deien was top notch. From our first contact, with Nikki, to the time we drove off the lot they went out of their way to make sure our time was valued. This is the type of service that keeps us coming back to this hometown dealership (7 vehicles to date), it might not be the biggest in the area but they make you feel like you are the most important thing to them while you are there. Personally, I'll take this type of treatment over a vast selection anytime...not to mention they can usually beat any competitors pricing and they give a lifetime power-train warranty on all new, and some used, vehicles.
