It was suggested to me to take my truck to any Ram dealership to fix the issue (it was one of the tire pressure sensors not working). I work away from Ottawa but I preferred to deal with the alarming than go to a different dealership.

I liked how I was notified that it was time for an oil change. Ryan was very nice and professional. Not only did I bring my SUV in for an oil change and tire rotation but there were a couple of other issues as well. One was the glove box. I believe the filter had fallen behind it or something and it would not shut. Ryan fixed that. Also Ryan showed me how to set up the automatic garage door opener on the new rear view mirror I had purchased for the SUV so I could open my garage door from my suv. I appreciated Ryan showing me this. Overall the visit was good. It just seemed to take a little long to get the oil changed. But that was all. Thank you.

On every Frank Fletcher commercial I've heard, Frank talks about avoiding pricing confusion and says in order to do so, he puts the price on the window. Fletcher should also practice this in their parts department. I recently purchased a brake caliper and a gallon of antifreeze from Frank Fletcher CDJ parts department in Joplin, MO for $375.50 plus $33.11 sales tax. The total on the invoice was $408.61. When my credit card bill came, I noticed I had been charged $420.87. Last Friday, I called the parts department and was told that they have a 3% fee on credit card purchases. Had I known that I would have written a check. The gentleman I spoke to said he said he was sorry and said he would talk to the person who failed to disclose this charge, so that it doesn't happen again. I said, "What good does that do me?" He said he couldn't do anything and said he would transfer me to the manager. The transferred call went to a voice mail and left a detailed explanation of the issue and my dissatisfaction. I have yet to hear back from anyone. It's only $12.26, but if you're going to brag about honest pricing, the have honest pricing.

It's been nearly 5 years since I've financed a car and I was dreading it based on previous experiences. In the past it's been an all day process, I had to talk to multiple people to get a final price, trade-in value and financing options and there was always miles of paperwork to sign. Not so this time. I spent about 30 minutes after work talking with Doug Wade, taking a test drive and giving him general financial information for loan approval. He called first thing the next morning to let me know what an awesome rate Raeann was able to get me, so I went up on my lunch hour and was able to sign all paperwork during that time and walk out the door with the keys to my new car. I will definitely do business with them again.
