We just bought a 2026 F150 Lariat from Mike Wills Ford in Sulphur, La. And we must say we have never felt like Family at a car dealership as we did this Monday. First our salesman Mr. Scottie Fontenot definitely took care of us to the extent of going to get the truck from a customer because the truck was a courtesy vehicle. Even to Hunter who helped us with financing a loan! If you want a dealership that treats you like Family this is it! The people there are so friendly and we love the deal we got on our truck. Austin was very attentive to my needs and was able to find the vehicle I wanted within hours whereas other Ford Dealerships either did not get back with me or were not interested in looking to help. The transition was flawless. Austin went out of his way to follow up several times to accommodate the delivery of my new Ford Explorer. Will definitely use this dealership again to purchase another vehicle and to recommend to others.

The motorcraft oil filter developed a pin hole in the housing and engine oil was getting everything on my new F150. I went to Robin Ford, they sent a mobile tech to my house to look at the F150. He saw the leaking oil filter, replaced it and had me bring the truck to Robin Ford. They changed the oil and cleaned the truck up (oil everywhere underneath). Great job and thanks

Have a Lincoln Navigator that has a recall on the front seatbelts. Drivers seatbelt attempted to crush me and has now locked into place rendering it unusable and unsafe to drive. While this is a known recall there are apparently no parts available for the repair. Robinson Brothers states they have no idea when the parts will become available. Lincoln has no solution and zero concerns about no being able to correct this issue. My issue with Robinson Brothers is they have not reached out to even express their regret on this issue. If you are not buying a car they really don’t seem to care about customer service. So update the service manager called me but only related to the above review. She told me my review was unfair to them! She stated that a solution was offered that I pay for a repair, a part that doesn’t go to my truck, and when the correct part comes in they will fix it. I asked why not put that in without me paying and you take it back once the correct part comes in she said that was not possible. Then she proceeded to tell me they would cancel the recall part order and I should find a new dealership. I believe she proved my point in that they really don’t care about customers. Instead of just accepting the fact this whole situation is regrettable for all involved. She decides to double down on showing how little they are concerned! WOW!!!! She proved my point!!

I don’t know what kind of joke of a business Matt McKay is running but there’s a reason everyone goes to Hollingsworth Richard’s Ford. Service dept has had a Ford truck that cost well over $120k new for almost 6 months…and it’s still under factory warranty. All star Ford in Denham admitted they further damaged the truck while trying to fix an inherent flaw and flat out said they will not be paying for it. They also said the $5000 enterprise bill is now the owner’s obligation, as they were not able to find the necessary correct parts and install them in a SIX-MONTH period. The dealership stated the truck was unsafe to drive. The dealership continued to state the truck was not a priority. Safety is irrelevant. The “Loaner” for a $125k truck was a Nissan Versa😂 which, 6 months later, they decided they would not be paying for. It’s hard to type this without laughing. That dealership has nothing but sub-par reviews

Went to Superior Ford Saturday with my wife to test drive the new Ranger. Decided after looking at the Ranger, to test drive the Explorer. Loved the room and ride! Decide to give Ford another shot at my business. We have been driving Toyota’s and Honda’s since our bad experience with our 89 Ford Aerostar van. It was junk. Had not bought a Ford car since. But Fords ratings have been great the last number of years so we bought the Explorer. LOVE IT! Jacob Ducote our salesman, was the easiest guy to work with, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving Superior a shot at your business. Even though Superior is primarily a truck dealer, it was a painless process obtaining our Explorer from a local dealer that had our SUV in stock. Just hoping our Explorer gives us 10+ years of trouble free service!

New one would not have had so much brown to it. Not only will I not purchase another vehicle with them I will recommend to anybody that they do not go there either.
