Inept Service Scheduler and deceitful website. - Glinako
                                                        Inept Service Scheduler and deceitful website. After reviewing their website and seeing it was listed as a Honda “EV HUB” my wife called to schedule an appointment for her ’24 Prologue, the Scheduler told her they worked on those and proceeded to schedule her an appointment for the following Monday. We dropped the Prologue off the Sunday evening before for the first appointment of the following day. At 7:50 a.m. on that Monday the Service Manager called and explained to my wife they do not service EV’s. 
So, I called Honda of America around 9 a.m. the same day to ask for a recommendation of a Service Department that would service the vehicle, and they stated the closest service department was Fletcher, so I explained to Honda that the Service Manager stated that this isn’t the case and we would have to take it somewhere else. Honda of America was completely confused by this also but recommended another dealership 30 minutes further away. I hope this goes better; this is our first Honda vehicle and unless something changes drastically will be our last. 
This is our third EV, with none of them being a Tesla due to Service Department distance from our home, and we have never had a issue such as this with Ford Or VW.
