We are from south Texas and we were in Mount Pleasant visiting my son . As we were getting ready to head south our air conditioning on our 2023 expedition started to act up and only blow hot air . 3:00 pm on a Friday and 500 miles from home and heater on full blast would have been an unbearable drive. We rolled in to dealership and I must say I have never been treated better. They took it in and worked their magic and an hour later we had cold ac and vehicle was fixed . I know its under warranty and however we bought our vehicle in south texas . They could of easily said we are busy come back Monday however they went above and beyond. I offered to pay or sign whatever and they said its all been taken care of. This dealership was a blessing and will see us again when we are in need . THANK YOU ELLIOTT AUTO GROUP SERVICE DEPARTMENT

I am Beyond VERY DISAPPOINTED (this is an Understatement and being kind) with the Toliver Ford Maintenance department. Particularly with Kayla Farmer. My Background: I am retired after working over 35 years in the Aviation Maintenance Field. I am a FAA Licensed Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic. I worked for Major Airlines that are now either part of Delta Airlines or United Airlines. Working for them I was not only a licensed mechanic performing everything from routine overnight maintenance, to major overhaul. I became a Lead Mechanic overseeing a crew of licensed mechanics. I then became an Inspector, inspecting work that was completed by the mechanics. I held an FAA “Inspection Authorization”, and could certify a small aircraft “Airworthy” after maintenance. I owned and operated my own small FBO (Fix Base Operation) for this. Lastly I Held a Private Pilot license and was Instrument rated (this means I could fly in clouds by instruments Only). When my Ford F350 was initially brought into the dealership I was given an initial estimate by Kayla Farmer of under 1000. Then on Feb 18 this was revised upwards to 4100-4200. This forced me to rush down to my bank and get a loan. However the Total Bill that I received was just under 5000!!!!!!! (4997.75) I did speak to another representative who represented themselves as Kayla Farmer’s boss prior to receiving the final bill. I am Not Disputing the Work or Cost. It is what it is. What I am upset about is what I feel is a Boldface LIE by the Service Department with a Bold Face Lie of what the cost was going to run. I can only speculate the reason. I am NOT Recommending this Ford dealer to ANYONE. In fact the opposite. I have told my friends that also have Fords to Stay Away!

Jeremy Pollard was my Salesman and Mike was Toliver Manager at Toliver Ford in Mineola. My wife and I went by the Ford lot and informed them that we were just looking around for an SUV. Jeremy answered our questions and was very knowledgeable and showed us a couple of SUVS. With that being the first cars we looked at and we move on, we looked on Saturday at others at different dealerships. Monday morning, we were calling back about 1 of the SUVS we looked at and it was still there. A salesman brought the car to where I was and we drove it a little more while in the meantime, Jeremy explained to me about hybrid's because I knew nothing about them. After that, we were sold on that CRV Hybrid Sport-L and bought it! (I JUST COUND NOT ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE) and a BIG thank you Toliver Ford for the quality of all of the people you have representing your dealerships, thanks to each and every one of you for making our purchase and easy one! This is the second vehicle I have bought at Paris Ford in the last 6 months! The first was a GREAT experience as far as the sales process...John Paul Davis is AMAZING and I tell everyone about him! THAT vehicle was totaled, and turns out the finance manager - was Lance Fry - who IS THANKFULLY NO LONGER THERE - he did things that were less than FOR the customer....BUT let me tell you - when I say that Paris Ford's current management did everything I could have wanted and more to make the situation RIGHT and -GREAT for me - as far as something else to replace it - they really did! If I could give extra stars I would! John Paul Davis is the best and so are the managers now!
