Today my Husband and I visited to look for a vehicle, we walked in and were promptly greeted then the sales associate proceeded to ask my husband questions while ignoring my existence. My husband asked about another model to which the sales associate jumped to pushing us to make a purchase before we even saw the other model. We explained we are currently looking / in the comparison process as we’re still not sure which vehicle we’d like to go with. He then made a rude comment, you’re just looking at vehicles in the rain? Confused on why he had such a bad attitude my husband answered, it just started to rain. The sales associate then walked away. We felt uncomfortable so we left. Definitely the worst experience we’ve ever had at a car dealership and will never be returning nor recommending this location.

Took my car in running bad..low power..they diagnosed and installed a new catalytic converter $3700.When I picked up car would still barely run..I barely got it home..been told by 2 mechanics cat had nothing to do with it..ECM was diagnosed as bad..Wiesner just took a stab and replaced most expensive thing first..Nobody has responded to my emails for 5 months now..I totally feel cheated !!2012 Traverse was bought at Wiesner in 2019..Felt like they would be fair..Bad choice.When I was picking up mechanic basically said he had no idea what was wrong..So just replace something expensive!Been a Wiesner customer for 25+years 10+cars..old timers in Conroe treated us right!! I am now 74 years old and totally upside down with this unreliable car..

I recently had my Cadillac XT5 serviced at Navarre Cadillac and they exceeded my expectations on every level. Let me tell you — my 8:00 AM appointment was just that… an appointment. By 8:30 I received a text with a link that broke down exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, what each repair would cost, and allowed me to select which repairs I wanted done and approve them right from my phone. Convenient, transparent, and completely stress-free. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner, and my service representative Chance Shoemake was responsive and on top of things the entire time my car was in their care. I never had to chase anyone down for an update — he stayed in communication the whole way through. Navarre Cadillac has earned my loyalty and my referrals. I will absolutely be back, and I am recommending them to everyone. This is how a service department is supposed to operate!
