It made the whole process feel effortless and exciting, not stressful at all. I stopped at this dealer ship on my way back to Michigan to have them do a force regeneration on my 2017 F250. They completed the service and then called me out to my truck to tell me I had a small rear differential leak but said they topped it off and I would be able to make it home. Eight hours later I’m sitting on the side of the highway with my differential blown to pieces. Now Im stranded outside of Oklahoma City at 10pm. Fast forward to Monday and I get a call and text from Whiteface ford that they have my differential plug and wanted to know if they wanted me to have them mail it to me. I called them and told them about the catastrophic failure with my rear differential. They said they would get back to me and let me know what they would do. Total cost to fix my truck was over 12k. Now they won’t answer my calls and no one will call me back. I’m not looking for much but you would think they would at least refund the service charge for the work they did on my truck of 420.00 and pay the 600.00 towing charge. I would never recommend them to anyone. Beware if you use them for service on your vehicle. They made a catastrophic mistake and won’t take responsibility for it. I have the voice mail and the text from their employee saying they have my differential plug. I was just asking for them to do the right thing and they won’t even respond to me. How shameful.

As someone who worked in the auto industry, I was very impressed and would trust them selling a vehicle to me or anyone in my family out of state. Out of state buyer who found a vehicle on Autotrader posted by Cavender Cadillac. Called first day, and spoke with a sales rep. Chose to put a deposit of $2000 on the vehicle on Saturday to hold the vehicle while I could get someone out to look at the vehicle for me. I was told that would get me until close of business on Tuesday to purchase the vehicle. I had the mechanic go on Monday afternoon to drive the vehicle, and when he arrived they told him it was unavailable and in the paint booth. Because they wouldn't let someone look at the vehicle, the sales person told me that they would extend my deposit until end of business day Wednesday to give me time to have someone come out the next day. They told the mechanic they would call him when it was out of the paint booth...they didn't. I got him out there by close of business Tuesday for him to drive it. He then gave me my report. I spoke with the sales rep on a couple of things on Wednesday and was still being told we had until end of day. I finally told him that I wanted the vehicle and he told me it was sold. Holding $2000 deposit, lying, this is what I dealt with. All the time I spent getting and inspection. All the time I spent arranging shipping quotes because they wouldn't help. Every time I spoke to the sales rep, I could tell he was at home with a crying baby in the background, so I was never being told anything truthful. The amount of time this dealership wasted of mine is completely disrespectful. No standard of customer service. I was always transparent and never didn't reply or respond. There is no reason they should have sold that car without asking me for a final decision if they were to that point. Nick and George should be ashamed of how they operate.

I have not even made my 1st payment, and already have an estimated amount of about $1,000 in repairs. I even bought the extended warranty but of course the defect is not covered. I got a 2013 Ford Explorer and the catalayic convertor is out, any mechanic knows that these just don't go out. The funny thing is Pollard Used Car claims all the used cars are "Certified", before sold! So this issue would have been flagged. The customer service at the repair shop sucks and offer no help. All they want is money...Good luck to even try to get a hold of your salesperson and getting help. Mine claimed he was "working" on it to find out he never even called. I have done buy here, pay here dealership and had cars last a lot longer.

Sold us a complete lemon a 2013 Dodge Caravan with a blown motor no air conditioner we paid cash 5000.00 bought it when it was freezing this past winter when we had snow for seven or eight days in February I was told it had Ice Cold Air got it after we went and purchased it took it out on i-27 and all the lights on the dash came on it is just been a complete nightmare they did replace the thermostat on here but that's all. I have called numerous times to try to get someone to help us and with no response we have had to spend close to $2,000 to get the vehicle up and running on the road has it should be I would never recommend this place to anyone the salesman's name was Dakota on Avenue Q.

Although John Castillo is a good salesman and he worries about the custumer, his boss Victor Gonzalez and the general manager, they just care about one thing MONEY. I bought a car and in less than one week, the transmision was broken. I had a warranty they sold me, but at the end the company of the warranty they didn't want to pay anything. Never go with this dealer, the cars are expensive. And at least if they are expensive, you can expect that the cars are good, but not they are in terrible conditions, they have a shop, but the mechanics are really lazy and they don't care about anything. They "check" the cars but as you can see with my experience how well the cars are checked.
