I went to see why I needed an extra key. I talked to management. The volume on my truck won't go higher than 11, and the truck won't accelerate more than 75. I was told I would receive a call back, but it never happened. I called them, and I'm guessing they were busy. I was told I would get a call back, but nothing.

I’m not sure where to start, this was such a roller coaster ride! 54 years old and decided the time was right to finally purchase my dream car. Looked online at the main Ford website and found that my car was (supposed to be) at Mossy Ford. Headed down just before closing and ran into Sam, who was on his way out for the evening. He proceeded to go out of his way to help me track down the vehicle, which wasn’t actually on the lot, and let’s just say it was a major gauntlet to even get this specific vehicle to the dealership. Once the car was on the lot and I’d fallen in love and knew that she was meant to be mine, the tail end of Mercury in retrograde delivered one punch after another. Not Ford’s fault, not Sam‘s fault, not my fault, and I never felt like any high-pressure sales tactics were directed towards me. And without going into all the details, I ended up sitting outside in my old car, crying, because while I may have eventually gotten the car, there was no way I was going to get the car at that time. I firmly believe that what is meant to be is meant to be, and if it wasn’t going to happen that day, then she wasn’t meant to be mine. I’m so grateful my meltdown kept me there long enough for Sam to come out and let me know that he’d explained the situation to both the Mossy Ford manager Bobby, and the general manager, Mario, and with the three of them going WAY above and beyond, I was able to leave the lot that night with the car I’d been wishing for since I was 16 years old! Aisha in financing was also efficient and pleasant to deal with. I’ve also had nothing but positive interactions with the rest of the sales staff, and just about everyone else I’ve interacted with and I highly, highly, highly recommend Mossy Ford!

We took our truck in for electrical recall issues. They repaired them and upon getting our truck home our lights were staying on. Google said that this could be a problem with our battery. We replaced the battery and that battery went bad within a few hours. We returned to Perry Ford and they said our alternator had gone bad coincidentally. They replaced our alternator under extended warranty but when we picked up our truck the drivers side headlight had gone bad. When we complained to the service tech, he said we never check things that our customers don’t complain about. We took our car in for an electrical problem not a problem with the headlight. Why would we complain about a headlight that was working before we brought the truck in? The service tech said he could not get a headlight in until 8 days from today. He said not to worry, we can take the truck into the shop when we get to Texas at a new $100 deductible. He said he would waive the $100 if we bring the truck back with a s*** eating grin after he knew the truck would be out of state. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Will never return to Perry Ford.

I had a great experience at Sedano Ford. After waiting a long time for my special order to arrive - I was treated well by an experienced salesman, Victor Santana. He knew what to show me how my hybrid works while I was driving. The finance officer, Robert, a fellow Veteran, also showed me how my private financing was a better option than Ford’s own financing. I was under NO pressure to buy anything that I didn’t want. Dealer options were presented but it was my choice to accept. I will purchase another vehicle here if needed. Stu Strebig- Bay Park, SD

I purchased a truck from North County Ford with 17k miles in late October. However, almost as soon as I took possession of the car, I noticed that there were loud squeaking noises coming from the braking system, which I did not notice on the test drive since we were not primarily in a parking lot, where the noise is most apparent. I then spent THREE solid weeks attempting to get ahold of someone, anyone who could talk to me about what kind of inspection had been done on the vehicle prior to being sold. I left a total of between 8-10 phone messages for the Sales Manager, Used Car Sales Manager, even the dealership General Manager who coincidentally were always too busy to take my call or return my messages. If I could’ve gone to the dealership, I would’ve, but I live out of state. Finally, I get ahold of a sale managers named Brad Triplett who confirmed that there was no record of the brakes having been inspected. He told me to take the car to my local Ford dealership to have them inspect and fix the brakes, so I did. Unfortunately the local dealership did not fix the entire problem at a first go. They replaced the back brakes, which were indeed low, and North County picked up the tab. However, the squeaking noise remained, and the local dealership had to replace the front brakes on a subsequent day. It was at this point, that the cowards at North County Ford, in particular sales manager BRAD TRIPLLET and service manager ALEX PEREZ decided that the fault here was with my local dealership and hence will not be paying to fix the brakes. Alex Perez in particular is an abject coward who refused to speak to me directly. Bottom line here, North County Ford sold me a practically new car, which somehow needed significant brake work the second I left the dealership. They told me they inspected the car to get me to buy it. Then they ghosted me for 3 weeks, and now is refusing to actually to help finish the repair. These people are sleazy cowards and I will never buy a car from them again, and you should not either.
