I was born in Silvis, Illinois and currently reside in Moline. I graduated form Rockridge High School on 2001. My appreciation for the automotive industry came as a young child with my family also being in the automotive industry. I began my career at Zimmerman as a lot porter in 2002, and in 2004 was promoted to an entry level technician in the service department. With years of experience as a used vehicle technician and associated training, I accepted a new position as a Service Advisor in 2012, and most recently service manager in 2021. It is my priority to ensure your vehicle is serviced accurately and timely to make your experience in Zimmerman service an excellent one. I am an avid Cubs and Bears fan who enjoys taking in a game or two when I can get away. Just bought our 4th CR-V and have never had a more honest, particular and thorough salesperson. The dealership itself is beautifully set up and inviting. The front desk staff were very polite and extremely helpful. My online service was top notch as well. I worked directly with Bryn Gatz and not only did she give me the best service I've ever had in my life, she was very kind and helpful with my children who were with me at the time. She contacted me afterwards to check in on my vehicle and even let me know she hung up my daughter's artwork. I feel this dealership just does things the RIGHT way and they were very easy to work with. Would recommend this dealership and especially Bryn to all my friends and family! More
