Took my 2012 F150 in for cam phasers, worked with Aaron, Mona, Steve and Cody. My truck was completed in a timely manner and work was spot on. Issue was diagnosed, repaired and I received it back very quickly. They kept me informed on all repairs and what was needed. Klaben has now gained a new customer. Gaven was great! The Thursday morning after the car was towed into Klaben. He set me up with a rental right away. Being 1:30 away he was able to work the rental pick up with my local enterprise. The n Wednesday of the following week they were able to get my Mach-e in for service. I his highly impressed with the text with video link that was sent to me by Alex who did a video documenting the issue that was getting ping on with my Mach-e. Myself , my wife and several of our co workers and peers were also impressed that the tech and Klaben would send such an amazing video with great description of what was going on with the Mach-e. We were able to pick up the Mach-e on Thursday. At pickup I met with Gavin and also spoke with Aaron who were both great to meet. I was highly impressed by the enter interaction of all involved. Thank you Klaben for taking care of a customer that was not local and made us feel at home. More
