The negotiation process was non-pressured and we were able to quickly reach an agreement that saved me a lot of money compared to the competition. This is saying a LOT because this time I traveled all the way from Florida to make a trade/purchase! The trade in was pre-negotiated and when I arrived, the trade in price was honored as we negotiated with no tricks or games. I also want to give a shout out to Kyle Ruser! This is the second time that Kyle has helped me through the financing process. Both times he was well prepared and organized, very friendly and knowledgeable guy, and a great resource for answering all questions finance or warranty related. In addition to setting up financing for me, Kyle helped me cancel and get refunded for the unused portion of my old warranty and helped me get into a new warranty. Thanks again for your help Kyle! I've never had a more enjoyable experience when buying or trading a car and I have bought a variety of makes from a variety of sources throughout my life. It sounds insane for me to drive 1,250 miles to trade in and purchase a car, but let's just say that between the money earned on the trade in and the money saved on the purchase price, when compared to what I was being offered at Honda dealers in Florida, I saved approximately $11,000. Well worth the drive and I'd do it again! After the buying process, Aaron continues to check in with you to make sure that there aren't any outstanding issues or concerns and that everything has been handled satisfactory. I know that he would take his personal time to help me because that's just the kind of person he is. Thank you Aaron for being more than just another salesman.
