Almost everything about the entire repair, the loaner car, and all the personnel involved, went very smoothly. That part would get 5 stars. However, and a big however, this was only after my repeated qu car, and all the personnel involved, went very smoothly. That part would get 5 stars. However, and a big however, this was only after my repeated questioning of why the dealership would not report the full repair cost to my warranty company, instead asking me to pay over $3000 that clearly should have been covered by my extended warranty. After finally going above my service advisor and talking to Aaron P, this was promptly cleared up and I paid only the appropriate deductible. Aaron was excellent. (I don't remember the name of the service advisor, who was not at all helpful with this.) I may never understand whether this whole issue came out of a miscommunication, or a deliberate policy with extended warranty contracts that the dealership itself owns. More
