I was quoted below the lowest value, but they did work with me and increased trade in price. This is the second vehicle we purchased from this dealership. When I got to the dealership I was a little hesitant. It was a busy day, I had an appointment scheduled but I didn't seem like the staff were ready for me. I'm chalking this up to it being a busy day after a holiday. As soon as I started test driving, things changed. Tyler was very kind and helpful. He made sure seat warmers were on and that the cars would be as comfortable as possible when driving. When I chose to purchase my vehicle, Tyler was with me every step of the way. He wasn't pushy and made sure I was getting what I wanted. He went above and beyond checking with other dealerships to make sure I got the color I wanted. I would definitely recommend coming here! More

After telling him my needs he suggested a few options and offered a test drive, I settled on the 2019 Honda HR-V and am very happy with it. David was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout the entire buying process and answered all of my questions, even finding me a better finance rate than my bank had pre-approved me for. I was definitely satisfied and had a very pleasant experience and look forward to having a great relationship with Ken Garff"s dealership and would recommend it to anyone looking for an auto or service, in fact my son is going to be in need of a new vehicle soon and this is the first place I will take him to, again thanks to David and the rest of the staff who took care of me, sincerely, Bruce Pack More
