I recently purchased a new M550xi from John Caruso at BMW Westlake. Contrary to my last car buying experience (a new High Country Suburban 2 years ago), this buying experience was excellent. John was very patient and helpful as my wife and I test drove multiple models over multiple visits. He was not pushy and when we got to the point we were ready to make a decision, he was willing to negotiate somewhat on price, even despite the fact that we would not be financing the purchase. Overall, I would definitely recommend working with John and BMW Westlake if you are in the market for a high performance car. More
