Very disappointed in Toyota of Louisville and Oxmoor Toyota service. Both damaged my rims and would not return the vehicle to the condition it was in when it was dropped off. Neither service managers Ke Toyota service. Both damaged my rims and would not return the vehicle to the condition it was in when it was dropped off. Neither service managers Kelly Wheeler at Oxmoor Toyota or whoever the service manager is at Toyota of Louisville would even come to you in person to apologize. They are not capable of returning your vehicle to you in the same condition it was dropped off in. If you take care of your vehicle do not expect them to. They charge top dollar for unprofessional service. We will never purchase from or serice any of our current or future vehicles with Toyota ever again. As an alternative consider Honda World Louisville. Their service manager Dale Greathouse was professional, apologized, knew exactly what to do to correct the problem, and provided us a loaner free of charge when their mechanic damaged our Honda headliner. Unlike Toyota they used the same brand new OEM parts that were on the car when it was dropped off. Night and day difference in how the two brands treat their customers and their vehicles. Please learn from our mistake and avoid Toyota in Louisville, KY. More

Everyone is nice. The receptionist that took my call and made appointment for my service was friendly. The serviceman Adam was nice. The service was appropriately priced.
