Our salesperson, Adam, was very friendly and took the time to get to know us and our vehicle needs. He discussed with us the features of the Crv Sport Hybrid, the different trim levels, and the cost for time to get to know us and our vehicle needs. After test driving a Crv Sport Hybrid, he took the time to answer our remaining questions. He was very friendly and low pressure. He worked with us on getting a fair price for our trade in and on helping us to understand exactly what our final cost would be. We were able to purchase the exact trim level and color we wanted. After we purchased the vehicle, he worked to get us into our new vehicle that day. He went over the infotainment system with us and even paired our phone with it. We couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson. The Sales Manager, Aaron, came over during the sales process to make sure we were being treated well. Also, a shoutout to Eric in the finance department for being so friendly and for clearly explaining all of the documents we were signing. We were happy with the entire buying experience. This was our our first experience with Zimmerman Honda. Their service department is highly rated, so we hope our service experience will be as good as our sales experience. More
