Ainsley and the Service department are excellent. Kept me informed as to what was going on with my wife's XT5 with text messages. When I picked it up it had been washed and looked excellent. Down side was waiting for parts (hub and bearing assembly) a very common part that is used on many years and models of G M, not just the XT5. It should have been in stockIt is very common for these parts to fail,,,,you can bet they're not Timpken or Eaton bearings. More

She also put my mind at ease since I came in very concerned about already encountering issues with my car which is only one month old. As a female engineer, I also appreciated having a female agent to assist me. It shows to me that Big Star Cadillac values inclusion. I was impressed with my service and will ask for Ainsley in the future to be my service agent. More

Got there, it looked like Ainsley wasn't feeling well, but she took care of me right away and ordered me a ride home. Called me early afternoon to let me know my car was ready.
