I purchased a Genesis G70 with Family Hyundai about 5 years ago & have continued to service my car with them throughout the years. After Genesis separated from Hyundai as a company, I’ve gone through Fam years ago & have continued to service my car with them throughout the years. After Genesis separated from Hyundai as a company, I’ve gone through Family Hyundai for any warranty related issues and they’ve always taken care of me. My most recent service, the Genesis dealership they transferred my car to scraped my drivers side door and returned it back to Hyundai with no notification of damaging my car. Family Hyundai immediately took action to have them repaint the damage to ensure my car was returned in the same condition it was sent in. It was a difficult and long process, but Al and Jo Anna at Family Hyundai stayed on top of it and took the time to make sure I was happy with the job. They dealt with all the back and forth with Genesis so I didn’t have to myself. I really appreciate the integrity and attention to detail Al and Jo Anna had throughout this process! More

I can't say enough about the assistance Mr. Pellizzeri provided. He went above and beyond. He helped me by interceding with Enterprise Car Rental to resolve the return of a car rental. He also assisted in arranging through Joe from the service dept. to have the electrical wiring subsequently attached to my newly installed tow hitch. Joe, from service, helped by showing me how to use the key fob to move the vehicle backward or forward, outside the vehicle, when exiting a tight parking space. Mr Palomares did well when representing the dealership, as did most everyone I met there. More
