Oil Change and problem with dash board lights. The staff is excellent and very patient. I was explained about every detail the staff did to my car. They replaced the dashboard information center an The staff is excellent and very patient. I was explained about every detail the staff did to my car. They replaced the dashboard information center and explained how to keep my battery from dying. Since I live in Florida, they will work with my local Lincoln dealership in case of further problems. I have never worked with a more dedicated group of people. Scott Burk is employee of the year in my book!! I made a great choice when I bought my car from Klaben Ford Lincoln of Warren, OH. More
