Everything was excellent! The only negative thing was a maintenance employee not wearing mask. He put one on later but, that was after walking the through the customer waiting area numerous times. Glass sprayed everywhere, including onto a customer. Other customers asked if she was ok, as she shook the glass from her coat. She was notably upset! The maintenance employee offered no apology whatsoever. Matter of fact, he never even acknowledged her. That conduct was disappointing to me. Aside from that, my visit was exceptional! More

called in advance to get the works, oil change, tire rotation, ect. was told it was first come, first serve. Arrived and got right in. spent the time talking to the salesman that sold me the car, and be rotation, ect. was told it was first come, first serve. I brought my recently purchased 2017 Ford Edge in for it's first oil change, which was taken care of with no issues. I also reported an issue with a noise coming from the passenger side when the vehicle it's first oil change, which was taken care of with no issues. I also reported an issue with a noise coming from the passenger side when the vehicle which was diagnosed as some sort of issue with a shield under the vehicle. The service center associate verified that the repair would be covered at no charge and ordered the part. He then contacted me with the next day or so to schedule time to get the repair completed as the part had come in already. More
