A very good experience with both the service department for my 2012 F 150 truck and purchasing a used 2016 Ford Escape Titanium. The staff was very accommodating and both the service area and the sales areas were clean and safe. My truck was serviced, protected and returned very clean in a timely fashion. The sales department and staff were very helpful without being pushy. I felt safe with the special care the staff took during this pandemic. Rich Cupp went above and beyond accommodating my wife and I with test drives and getting papers signed at our home. Overall our experience with Klaben was excellent. More
