You had the vehicle for over a month! After bringing it back, right after i picked it up...i picked it up again and it still isn't fixed. Poor poor service! And poor communication! Not to mention, y'all are liars! I will spread the word to everybody! I am in the process of buying a new truck but it WILL NOT be at any Hendricks dealership. More

The receiving rep would barely speak. Using finger gestures to let me know to follow her - which I found annoying. Aside from the fact there was a very loud customer loosing their patience with a sales rep while I was in the waiting room - There were no complimentary water or snacks, and the vending machine didn’t work. I have a way better experience at my other service provider for my other car. More
