My experience began positively with Kelia. She was pleasant and professional. However, when it was time to discuss pricing, she returned with Alfred. Alfred introduced himself, shook my hand, She was pleasant and professional. However, when it was time to discuss pricing, she returned with Alfred. Alfred introduced himself, shook my hand, and asked whether I had been treated well by Kelia. I confirmed that I had. His next question was whether I wanted to look at a less expensive vehicle. I clearly stated that I was interested in the specific car I had selected. At that point, he abruptly responded, “I hope you find what you’re looking for out there,” effectively dismissing me rather than engaging in any negotiation. There was no attempt to discuss pricing, options, or terms. I have never been treated in such a dismissive manner at a dealership. I left immediately. What Alfred did not know is that I was fully prepared to make a purchase that evening. Instead, I was met with arrogance and a complete lack of professionalism. Customers who are serious and prepared to buy should be treated with respect and given the opportunity to negotiate in good faith. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. More

Bobby (babak) has a terrible attitude. I asked him a question he refused to answer and sent me to the tech people when they we're gone already for the day and when I told him that he tol I asked him a question he refused to answer and sent me to the tech people when they we're gone already for the day and when I told him that he told me to come back and ask him the question then another day instead of taking a minute that that's only took him to answer me the question, horrible attitude, dismissive arrogant and not nice! I wouldn't take my car to him ever again! More
