Best Buying Experience Ever!!! Years of internet "shopping" for cars, and I finally took the plunge! Found a CA Special Mustang online, and inquired. From the initial contact (Alisha Estrada) to the salesman, (Michael Gadberry), everyone and everything went so smoothly. I had questions, and wrote or called with them. All were answered professionally and quickly. I had concerns, and all were addressed. Out-of-state taxes were explained in detail. The car's features and finalized price was thoroughly explained before I submitted a holding-deposit. I flew into Salina from NC, was met at the airport, and spent a minimum of time on the purchase/finance phase (Lee Davis). All the paperwork was ready. I had a thorough explanation of the car's features, before I started my drive home. Michael called me to verify my progress, and asked for a "arrived home" call. He has been available for "facetime" explanations of a "how to" since I've been home. -- I've owned Mustangs since '65. I've dealt with many, many dealerships. This is the best buying experience I've ever had! Yes, I recommend this dealership! More

Sent in all my info online, picked a car and less than 2 days had an offer. Everything was very easy and Kyle and the other guys were great. Very Happy! More

His assistant, Zach, got my trade in to the shop for evaluation. When the deal was done, he switched everything over from the old car to the new. I contacted Alisha from the internet sales department and let her know I was interest We found a vehicle that we were interested in on their website. I contacted Alisha from the internet sales department and let her know I was interested. She had it ready and waiting when we got there (we are from out of town). We were given Darin and Seth to work with when we arrived. They were very friendly and helpful. Our son (8 years old) was dreading going car shopping because our previous experience has been a long and drawn out process at another dealership. We were in and out of Long-McArthur in no time at all and with a great deal on our new-to-us Durango! More
