My car went in because someone had hit the back driver side door and that needed to be repaired, which took about 10 days and that’s fine. I had a rental car for that period of time because of the acciden side door and that needed to be repaired, which took about 10 days and that’s fine. I had a rental car for that period of time because of the accident picked up the car on the way home, the driver side would not lock it made this horrible noise and lock. The car would not lock, and if what I thought was locked, you open the door and the horn started honking so there was another trip back to the dealership this time we did not have a rental car because we had already turned that one in. Also, I guess an update was done on my computer system, and the screen was evidently set to the manufacturers setting. I have to come back out another time so a sales person could help me reset to get the car off my screen I’m not real sure why this wasn’t taken care of when we let them know the second time we were in there and then I had to make a third Trip More
